Good as a 4-star hotel with very nice pools! However, hotel staff is not really friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and good size. They have quite a number of pools and activities. My sons enjoy it very much. The location is good, walking distance to RWS and 1 stop away to beach station

3rd time at this hotel and as usual, it was overall a pleasant 2 nights' stay. Check in took a long while cos I requested for a room with bathtub. After a long search, it was still not available. Convenient location near to Imbiah station, nice environment with good facilities.

Enjoyed the stay with family members (all adults) over 3D2N in the Deluxe Family Room. Like the connecting room and the amenities provided in the room. The staff were very friendly and often gave out treats such as ice cream around the reception area. I feel the staff takes pride in what they are doing. I think the hotel also looks into details to make the stay safe and comfortable. We love the bed and little things such as the corner guards they put around the furniture and also ice machine outside our rooms for us to collect ice to make cold drinks especially in such a hot weather. The breakfast has enough spread for me. One thing they can improve is to put some lemon grass fragrance around the hotel and for the toilet sometimes it smells.

The hotel provided a satisfactory stay with comfortable rooms. Service was adequate but lacked personal touch. The location was convenient, yet amenities were basic. Overall, a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.

Very clean. The location is good near the monorail station. There is a hotel shuttle bus to the Vivocity. Process of check in and check out is very smooth.

Very very nice hotel! Beautiful pool and nice room. They had prepared birthday surprises.

Clean, new built, nice amenities. It’s between the universal studios and beaches but no direct access to beach so you should walk abt 15~20 minutes to beach or take sentosa express. Also you should take sentosa express to visit universal studios. Pool was also nice but temp is kinda cold.

The hotel is near by Imbia station and well located to see all the sightseeing. Walking distance to the beach and shopping area. The room was big, clean and modern. Plus a very welcoming bidet (auto open functions)😂. The pool was true to the photographs upon the hotel's website, large, clean and lots, it was a great way to start the morning.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only downside room refreshment needs to be improved. Coffee and tea avail near the lift lobby. The kettle in the room is a bit dusty and moldy. So we didn’t dare to use. Pool and amenities are kids friendly though. Overall, we will consider to stay again in this hotel.

Beautiful resort with amazing pools and restaurant. Great location and child friendly. Staff were helpful and welcoming.
