The rooms are very tiny and you cannot move around very well with two people in a room. The shower was in a pathetic state with mould on the walls and shower holder. The bathroom was not very clean. We asked the staff to clean the shower and they did not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You rather put more money in and stay at another hotel in the city. The staff are also rude during busy times. We had a good view of the city from the room and it is close to a metro which is convenient.

The hotel is convenient, near the metro station lavender, it’s not far from Arab street and little India. All the staff is nice. I recommended it

Worst services. Aircon was not cold and was told the maintenance can only come in the morning and we said nevermind its okay as we are checking out the next day. Next day they starting to keep on knocking the door making lots of noises

Very small rooms, however location was very convenient as it was located to many restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away depending on what food you like.

Our triple room is very small. Very difficult for us to move around in the room after we have our suitcases opened. The strong fragrance inside the room smells very bad. The hotel lobby is always full of people around the clock as it hosts lots of tours. Very crowded and noisy. There’s a very nice cafe nearby though - Tolido’s coffee.

This hotel is good for a short stay. Not recommended for more than 2nights stay. Pillow case not so clean, toilet is clean. No bidet. Amenities is okay. A bit noisy at night. Near MRT, bus stop, have Cheers 24hours for quick grab and go. When I checking in, the receptionist told me I have to wait 30mins but upon registering, she immediately gives me a room, very good. I would rate 3/5.
