Conveniently located, just one stop away from Resorts World. The staff are very friendly, and the room is spacious.

The environment is decent, but the cleaning service was subpar. My kids really enjoyed the connected hotel swimming pool. If the cleaning and service could improve, it would be even better. I would consider staying here again next time.

Our one king-size bed and one sofa bed comfortably accommodated our family of two adults and two children! The hotel staff were also excellent and very polite! The only drawback was that the soundproofing from the outside wasn't great; there was a lot of noise from the next-door room around 1 or 2 AM, which slightly affected our sleep. The hotel's pool was also very clean and comfortable for swimming!

The environment is great, and the transportation is super convenient – the hotel is right outside the MRT station. Plus, staying at the hotel gives you free MRT access to and from the island. The hotel is also very close to the beach, and Universal Studios is easily accessible.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the resting environment was quiet. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

Our original booking was for a deluxe garden room, but even before entering, the door was already very damp. Inside, there was a musty smell, and a lot of mold around the sink. Later, my husband went to the toilet and said there were many bugs... So he rushed to the front desk to report it... Afterward, they moved us to a larger room! But our family of three still felt a bit shaken... Although the lobby and pool are quite beautiful, we still won't be staying here again... We didn't even receive a complimentary greeting for our anniversary celebration... We had the highest expectations for this hotel, but it turned out to be the least satisfactory stay during our 9 days in Singapore, and the service was just mediocre!
