The worst Ibis hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely terrible. The room was ridiculously small, you can barely fit two people walking side-by-side. No space for luggage. The breakfast was beyond awful—very limited selection and poor quality. The pool is only 120 cm deep and tiny, you can't even swim in it. There's constant noise from everywhere, the soundproofing is terrible. And it's not even cheap, it's very expensive. I've stayed at Ibis hotels in Tbilisi and Turkey, and they were really good. This one in Singapore is beyond a disaster. I have nothing more to say.

Considering the location and price, it's pretty decent, though you can't really compare it to hotels back home. It's conveniently located near Little India, and there's a subway station not too far away that connects you to various places.

The room is clean. The room size is small but it is expected. Amenities like dental kits are available upon request. Overall good stay.

Clean and conveniently located near tourist attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were lovely, multilingual, and provided impressive service. I'll definitely be back again!

The hotel service was good, and there's a nice swimming pool. It's close to a convenience store and the train station. Very good value for money.

The location is really convenient and the hygiene is good. The only thing is that the bed was a bit small, my kid fell off in the middle of the night, haha.

Due to a flight delay, I booked this hotel last minute for over 800 yuan a night. The room was tiny, but what was truly unacceptable was finding a large bloodstain on the duvet and dirty sheets, as if they hadn't been changed. I contacted customer service, and they brought a new duvet insert but no cover. They actually told me to take the old cover off and put it on myself! I found it disgusting and didn't use their cover, instead using disposable covers and sheets I brought with me. Since it was already past 10 PM and my child was sleepy, I didn't bother arguing with customer service again and just decided to make do for the night. Also, at night, I couldn't tell if the room was near an outdoor air conditioning unit, but there was a very loud and disruptive noise, which made it hard to sleep. The plumbing in the upstairs bathroom was also very noisy. The hotel room had absolutely no soundproofing. This price is completely inconsistent with the cleanliness and soundproofing issues, especially for a chain hotel. The service was also poor. This is my genuine experience, and I hope it provides some reference for those looking to book a hotel.

Great location, right next to a bus stop, with a small bar and a 7-Eleven next door. The only downside is the shower room is really tiny. It's fine for two people without luggage; backpacks can be stored in the corner or on the bed. Check-out was quick, and there's a water dispenser at the front desk.

Location was ok, not super close to subway and easier to get uber/taxi to and from airport. Pool is a nice addition however not the newest

The environment is elegant, and the service attitude is excellent. I'm very satisfied. They were warm and thoughtful, even helping me fill out my Malaysia immigration card, which really saved me a lot of hassle. Many thanks! 😊
