Well, for this price, it is what it is—a bit old, no surprise there. But the staff at the front desk were really nice. The AC wasn't adjustable, and my toothpaste tube was open without a cap, so brushing my teeth was a struggle. Plus, there's a full-wall mirror in the room, which was a bit spooky for a solo traveler.

I wouldn’t book this hotel if you don’t want to see dirty cups still in the room when u have just checked in. Moldy cups and broken bed Very old rooms and thin walls, you can literally hear the two rooms next to u.

The room had a strong odor, and we couldn't open the window for ventilation. The location, however, was quite good. It's close to two subway stations and convenient for bus travel. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, so even without breakfast included, food isn't an issue.

Honestly, it's just so-so. If you're not overly concerned about privacy, many capsule hotels actually offer better environments, more complete facilities, and are cleaner and more hygienic than this place. I wasn't familiar with Singapore when I first arrived, so I chose this based on my habits from back home. I'd recommend trying other low-budget hotels with ratings of 4.5+ on Trip.com; you might be pleasantly surprised.

The room was full of baby cockroaches. On the wall, floor, bed and toilet. horrible! I told the receptionist about the cockroach-infested room, not sure if any action was taken.
