I wouldn’t book this hotel if you don’t want to see dirty cups still in the room when u have just checked in. Moldy cups and broken bed Very old rooms and thin walls, you can literally hear the two rooms next to u.

It is concerning that your room has not been properly maintained for some standards level. Lingering smoke and heavy durian odors, along with an oily floor, indicate a lack of thorough deep-cleaning between guests.

The room had a strong odor, and we couldn't open the window for ventilation. The location, however, was quite good. It's close to two subway stations and convenient for bus travel. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, so even without breakfast included, food isn't an issue.

Table dask very small , not recommend a good place to work if bringin a labtop for work.. toilet small , bed dusty , pillow small.

Honestly, it's just so-so. If you're not overly concerned about privacy, many capsule hotels actually offer better environments, more complete facilities, and are cleaner and more hygienic than this place. I wasn't familiar with Singapore when I first arrived, so I chose this based on my habits from back home. I'd recommend trying other low-budget hotels with ratings of 4.5+ on Trip.com; you might be pleasantly surprised.

The room was full of baby cockroaches. On the wall, floor, bed and toilet. horrible! I told the receptionist about the cockroach-infested room, not sure if any action was taken.

Great location, close to the MRT which is very convenient. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was good, but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

I stayed in room 515, a king-size bed room. The space was quite generous, and the large window offered a great, open view. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. There are many unique restaurants nearby. This hotel offers excellent value for money: Hotel 81 - Kovan.

Great for a one-night stay! The location is really good. I had a pleasant and restful time. This hotel is perfect for backpackers or those needing to rest after an early morning flight. One night stay~

It was a great stay. Next to the food centre and convenient store. 200m walk to the bus station.

When we enter to the hotel the reception was too bad,there was a lady who was an Indian treated to us disrespectful,we paid money for the hotel but her face is look like ignore us,and we paid for 1 queen bed but they given us 2 bed arranged room as look like queen bed,and also can not on TV with wifi,Furthermore shower gel holder has broken and hard to squeeze to take shower gel .

No more next time for this hotel, also not very cheaper the price…staff are very rude and no friendly with customer,u want the documents say properly no need the sound very rude .. u no put ur staff name nevermind,this means u scare customers report u izit … no cleaning the bed cloth very dirty and yellow,in the room also have Cockroach …

Close to the subway station, and the manager at the front desk, Manager Ren, was very enthusiastic and helpful.
