Very terrible experience for us travelers. Especially its transportation and its location in which located between Lavender MRT Station and Jalan Besar MRT Station.

The hotel was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. They prepared free hot grab n go breakfast as my flight was in the early morning.

Choose this due to Friendly staff and the room is super clean. All the local food is located nearby at a walking distance. Convenient for all things.

Great stay! Super clean, amazing breakfast! Comfy beds and pillows! Location is super easy to get to Bayfront. About 15/20 min by subway. Definitely my choice for the next stay in Singapore!

very friendly front desk receptionist that helped me with my check in to ensure it was all smooth. pleasantly surprised that they over 'take-away' for their hotel breakfast too ! slight downside was the rooms weren't very soundproof, was repeatedly awaken by the knockings next door.

It’s a business friendly hotel in Jalah Bazar, actually it must be renamed to Holiday inn express, Jala bazaar. This will avoid confusion for taxi drivers who often mistake and take you to Holiday inn Little India. Hotel is nice with good breakfast

Not bad. Breakfast is good. But hoeever, some guest use their bare hand to touch the bread and return to counter. Need to prevent this issue from happening
