We are the tourist from Laos and our spend for SG would be expensive but actually this is the reasonable price to compare in the general areas in SG nevertheless the location and public transport providing are near

Convenient location as near MRT station. Bathroom cleanliness is not great as grout is filthy, hair left on drain hole & not collected by cleaner, bathroom door is mouldy & surrounding basin is not clean too. Bedsheets & other places is ok.

Front desk are accommodating & approachable. Can't sleep restfully as the AC blows on your head the whole night even if you adjust it to low setting. Clogged sink drainage even after requesting to have it repaired. Hard to shower as the swivel is broken. Good location though. I had to wipe down the dust & grime on the surfaces myself.

Room too small with no cabinet to hang clothes and no refrigerator to store fruits and perishable foods.
