My stay was quite disappointing. The room wasn't clean; I found hairs on the bed and a used condom wrapper under it, which really highlights the need for better hygiene. Also, the room didn't match the photos on the website. The pictures showed either a bathtub or a balcony, but my room had neither. It felt like a significant misrepresentation. I hope the hotel can improve their cleaning standards and ensure that the room photos accurately reflect what guests will actually receive, to avoid misleading expectations.

I paid for a double-bed room but was given a single bed instead. There was also no hot water for showering. The staff were unfriendly and showed little to no hospitality. Overall, a very disappointing experience that fell far below basic hotel standards. I would not recommend staying here.

I usually don't leave negative reviews for hotels; at most, if I'm unhappy, I just don't review at all. But this hotel truly showed me what 'there's always worse' means. It shouldn't be called 'Wochao,' it should be called 'Wocao' (a Chinese expletive meaning 'f*** me'). First, let's talk about the facilities and environment. Putting aside how old, cramped, and noisy it was, I couldn't expect too much given the price in Singapore. However, when I lay on the bed, the air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto my face. Okay, maybe it's a design flaw, I tolerated it. But as I was about to fall asleep, the vent actually started dripping water on my face, instantly waking me up. The conditions here are truly worse than a motel in rural China. Maybe Singapore is expensive, and this price just gets you these kinds of facilities. I tolerated that too. So, let's look at the service! This completely changed my perception of Singaporeans' quality of service. I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. After settling in, I went downstairs to ask a female receptionist where I could find a place to eat. Unexpectedly, a male staff member nearby impatiently pointed vaguely and said, 'Down there.' I smiled and patiently asked him, 'Which 'down there'?' (Because the hotel is at a crossroads). He didn't even lift his head, just pointed in a different direction and said 'Down there' before walking away. 'Down there' my ass! I wasn't even asking you; you interjected yourself. If you wanted to tell me, you should have explained properly. If you didn't want to tell me, you shouldn't have spoken up. It's like a human talking and a dog barking. The quality of service from Singaporeans is truly beyond words!

The room was fairly clean, with normal hygiene. The window couldn't be opened. The decor was similar to a Chinese guesthouse, not soundproof, but it didn't affect my sleep. It used a physical key to open the door, not an electronic key card, which was quite old-fashioned. On the first day, the door lock in my room was broken and couldn't be locked, so the hotel moved me to a new, larger, and better room. The service attitude was excellent! I recommend this place for those on a budget. It's right outside Ubi MRT station, making it very convenient for getting around! There are staff members who speak both Chinese and English, and they are very friendly! Little India is nearby, and at night, you might see Indian men lying around anywhere. Women should avoid going out alone at night, as I encountered an Indian man who tried to talk to me. The hotel was more comfortable than I expected, and I had a pleasant stay!

We have stayed there 04 nights. Front desk guy's are friendly & helpful. Need to improve cleanliness.

The room was just right, the environment was lovely, and the service was attentive. There are plenty of snacks nearby, and the area is quiet. The facilities are good, and the staff are patient and thorough. Communication was a breeze with both Chinese and English service available. The staff were polite and patient.

Staffs are friendly, room is clean, location of property is convenient and near to LRT station.

Book 3 rooms 2 rooms were having bad odours, the smell came out from the toilet Especially this room 208, smell, dirty, and the furniture and ceiling have stains, looks dirty, etc

It a little bit noisy, but other than that everything is alright. AC was full bless, Mustafa was near too and MRT was near also.

Book this hotel again for 2 night i like about this hotel is their services they will help the guest all the way and very professional i knew a few Mr shariff daniel and all the staff there under hotel manager in fact i been staying there fews time …… recommended
