Park Avenue Rochester

The property is convenient, located near 2 malls- Rochester mall n star vista. Holland drive market is a short walk. The room is surprisingly small. Everything seems cramped. Check out timing is early at 11am instead of the usual 12 noon. Late check out is extended to 1230 when its 1pm for most other hotel. Simple amenities like gym n pool is available The bed is firm however there is only one type of pillow so I had to make do with whatever they give which is too soft for me. I use a cpap machine to sleep n there was space for a side table thus I had yo place it on the chair

The room is okay for the price. I just had to asked them to replace iron board because it was burnt but they were quite responsive and act fast to replace it. Cleanliness is however not to the standard, bathroom has not been carefully cleaned more like just surface cleaning. Furnitures or wall not good conditions. However no noise, no major issue and recommended for short stay. Must say room is pretty spacious and bed big. Location is good as few minutes walk from MRT and bus station.

Great stay, very conveniently located in the KLCC location. Nicely decorated and friendly staff at front desk.

The room is nice, spacious and comfortable. The location is great as near to buona vista station. Although only near to one mall (star vista), there is a variety of nice food there. The service is also good as check in and check out were very efficient. Excellent choice especially if there is promotion.

The hotel is very clean and has excellent room facilities. It is also located very close to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get around. Highly recommended
