i love love love this hotel! everything was (and is) so great. especially Jamie, Mary and Shannen were being so helpful to my sister and i during our short trip. would recommend going here again, and maybe book a larger room w windows to see the beautiful view from the hotel 🤍🌸

Right in the thick of boat quay restaurants. Nice location by the river and good if you like to be in the thick of action. Room size is decent but had a structural beam right in the middle of the room which was a little inconvenient. Biggest complaint is the room is directly at the common door and with minimal soundproofing. I was woken up multiple times during the night by people coming in and out :(

Very convenient check in and check out process, all on mobile. Mary Shannen was very helpful, courteous and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole stay. Great service from Mary! Jamie was also super responsive, responding immediately to any concerns and questions I had. Their free luggage storage was great too, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Stunning river views right outside the door too. Would recommend if you like to do a bit of walking and enjoy nightlife

The information of the hotel and contact staff is excellent via whatapp. The response is fast and clear information, so it’s easy to follow.  This location this hotel is Boat Quay, so noisy but only this location. Other things of hotel is excellent.

It's my second stay in this hotel and the hotel staff of Jamie, Mary and Shannen are all very helpful in addressing my queries 😍 I will definitely stay again in the near future if opportunity arises for a staycation 🥰🥰

The lady who checked me in was incredibly warm and thorough, making my Singapore trip a great experience. She helped me store my luggage in advance, guided me on how to use the key, and the washer/dryer were very efficient. It was a wonderful trip. The single room was safe and comfortable, offering excellent value for money.

The parking area was clean, and I really loved having a washing machine inside the room—it was so convenient. Special thanks to Shannen for helping me when I got locked out of the rubbish room. Our key cards automatically stopped working after 11:00 a.m., which was the check-out time, but guests were still required to take their rubbish to the rubbish room themselves. Thankfully, Shannen was there to assist me.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, and spacious, offering great value for money. It was fully equipped with appliances like a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave – I couldn't ask for anything more. The security system was also very robust.
