Our stay at Heritage Collection on Arab was truly fantastic. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very convenient—exactly what I was hoping for, as my preference was to stay close to halal restaurants. The highlight, of course, was its unbeatable location—just under 30 meters from the majestic Sultan Mosque, which gave our trip a unique charm. What made the experience even more memorable was how the team handled my initial mistake. I had accidentally booked at HC on Boat Quay instead of HC on Arab. Upon explaining my situation, the staff graciously arranged for a switch, and I am very grateful for that flexibility and understanding. A heartfelt thank you to Mae, Divina, and Gracie for attending to my wife and me with such attentiveness through digital support. Every query and request was promptly responded to, making help always just a tap away. Their professionalism and kindness added a personal touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

Great little stay if you’re looking for something central in Singapore! Service was amazing by Marcia. Vannie, and Edmur! We were even able to check in a little early since our flight came in early morning. Edmur took excellent care of our luggage while we explored! Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in Singapore!

Our 3-night stay at Heritage Collection Boat Quay was very comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my wife, and we really appreciated the convenience—the nearest MRT station is Clarke Quay, just a 10-minute walk away. From here, it’s pretty easy to access all parts of Singapore. The staff were incredibly accommodating—props to Edmar, Mae and Will for their prompt responses! The automated check-in and check-out system was quiet (and quite) easy, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommended for all travelers. Room is pressy spacious for couples, clean and well ventilated. Just one suggestion: the laundry facility currently operates from 8 AM to 10 PM. Since most guests tend to return to the hotel past 11 PM, it would be great if the laundry service were available 24/7—or at least until midnight.

The fot the room was good. The location of the hotel is very central. Within walking distance of several sights. However, a bit far from the nearest metro stop. Also be aware that the hotel is located between a few bars and clubs. The room was large enough. The bed was a little too squashed into the corner. The cleanliness was okay, but there was still some hair in the room. The room smelled a bit damp. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. The staff was very nice and help with the somewhat complicated check in and the virtual room card that you operate with your mobile phone . It was annoying that the hotel kept writing to you about a review. I found this very unprofessional and annoying.

I’ve stayed at several hotels recently, and this one stood out for its cleanliness, service, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. Its very modern type of apartment hotel, easy to stay. Just tricky part on the location, but the place is good. near in bars and beautiful view of marina bay sands

I had a fantastic stay at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing). The location is unbeatable—just steps from Clarke Quay and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and the river. Even though my room didn’t have a window, it was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed, including a washer-dryer and kitchenette. Check-in was smooth with clear self-check-in instructions, and the staff were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Perfect for solo travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a great base to explore Singapore. Highly recommended!

Big thanks to *Edmar, Daphne, and Nicola* for their kindness and helpfulness! I arrived early at 11am, and they kindly allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. Their service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely stay here again in the future. Everything was perfect. Smooth check in and check out. Administrators Edmar, Dafne and Nica were ready to help and answer any questions. The location is great - right on Clark quay, not far from Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade. There were 2 metro stations nearby. The room is modern with fresh furniture, stylish design and all amenities you need like a hair dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle and even washing machine. It was interesting experience to use digital key on the phone instead of physical key. Would recommend to stay here for short and long term trips.

This is a fully automated hotel. I am ok with that because it was made clear that’s the case from day one. Ie what you will do is you will download an app and the app will generate you a key to check in; check in instructions are given by staff via WhatsApp. The hotel also made it clear for example that amenities will be minimal: no toothbrush and paste, no water. Again because it was made clear on day one I am not knocking points off them Singapore hotels are known to be small, so once again I am not knocking any points off the size of the unit What is however important though is if this is a fully automated hotel then the systems better automatically work. That is not the case 1. I received a trip.com message from the hotel to download the app and follow instructions to check in. Upon downloading the app I was to key in my reservation number. Nowhere was I ever given my reservation number. I could only acquire it after I messaged the hotel 2. The hotel key. On average it takes 5-8 times for the cell phone key to successfully activate the second gate on the third floor (the room lock was fine though) 3. Self check out using the app. Error. Had to WhatsApp staff to check me out The staff was thankfully very fast and efficient in responding and extremely helpful. I am very grateful to have them. Maybe it was just me though. If you are doing a fully automated hotel please make sure automation actually works. I have five stars for location hygiene and staff. One star for amenities not because it doesn’t have much to provide (I understand this is a no frills hotel) but just how disappointing the hard-software performed. Seriously this is probably the first time I’ve ever wrote such a heavily worded review
