My stay here was excellent! The hotel has a great location, very close to the metro station, and Orchard Road is right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside was that the shower only had a handheld spray, so the angle couldn't be adjusted.

Great location, spacious rooms, and plenty of dining options nearby. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient. The breakfast selection was quite rich and good quality, and the service was attentive. It's right next to Ngee Ann City and Paragon, and a supermarket is also very close by. Check-in and check-out were both smooth.

Cleanliness: The bathroom in particular wasn't cleaned very well. Service: Not very friendly towards Chinese guests. Facilities: For the price, the facilities are pretty average compared to similar hotels, but the rooms are spacious. The front desk gave me a room right next to the elevator, and I was disturbed by the noise.

Overall, this place is actually fantastic, and I honestly think most of the negative reviews online are totally baseless. The concierge staff were very welcoming, and the front desk had Chinese-speaking staff. The room was tidy and clean, and there were no issues with strange smells or a damp bathroom, contrary to what some online comments suggested. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse (almost stunning, actually!), and the service was attentive and warm. The only minor thing was that if you arrived a bit later for a table for more than two people, you might have to wait a few minutes. The hotel's location is superb; the mall downstairs and next door is like a Wanda Plaza in China, with everything from Heytea and Mixue Ice Cream to BaWangChaJi and Yang Guofu Mala Tang. Plus, a special shout-out to the cleaning auntie, she was incredibly thoughtful. On my first day, I couldn't find any hangers, so I just used the hanger from the bathrobe that was hanging outside. The next day, she must have noticed because after cleaning, she specifically pulled open the closet door (which was a bit hidden) to reveal the hangers. She also helped fold my clothes neatly (something that the Ora hotel on the island doesn't do). Moreover, I left a note with some specific requests for my bottled drinking water, and they read it carefully and fulfilled them. It was excellent! Personally, I don't see anything that warrants a deduction in points!!

The environment and location are both excellent, the service is great, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's not nearly as bad as some of the negative reviews claim; definitely worth staying at.

I never write reviews, but I just had to for this one. The service was absolutely horrendous. I called room service to ask for extra toothbrushes, and they told me in broken English that a Chinese-speaking colleague would call me back shortly. I waited a full half hour and no one called. I called again, and they still told me to wait for a callback. I waited the entire night and heard nothing! Finally, around 10 PM, I had no choice but to go down to the front desk myself to get them. I'm a Hilton Honors member, and this is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. For a 2000+ hotel in a bustling area, the service was truly pathetic.

Taxis are readily available downstairs, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, in a straight line – no need to search. The hotel overall is excellent, clean, tidy, and spacious.
