Great location. As for hygiene, you can judge for yourself. For anything that goes into your mouth, be careful; I basically washed everything myself. Hope for improvements, improvements, improvements.

Great location with a nice view of the sea. The room was really spacious! Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and flavors. The gym is also a big plus!

The location is good, close to the MRT and bus stops, and there are a few small supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for picking up essentials. The room is relatively small, which is understandable given how compact Singapore is. However, the kettle in the room was different from what Chinese tourists are used to and not very convenient to use. Also, the lack of complimentary bottled water and small soaps was a bit unexpected.

Great location, convenient for getting everywhere, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The front desk staff were super friendly and enthusiastic. The pool was small but the best part was that there was no one in it! 😄

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to attractions like Chinatown and Lau Pa Sat. While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service is exceptionally good. They offer aperitifs and light snacks at the executive lounge, so much so that I didn't even need dinner. There were also Chinese-speaking staff which was very helpful. The front desk was particularly nice; knowing I had a late flight, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, which was a very thoughtful touch. I was really happy with the room type. There were three of us, and we all wanted our own beds but still wanted to chat in the same room, so this was perfect. It would be even better for families with kids; they'd absolutely love it! The room included complimentary welcome refreshments and free drinks from the mini-fridge. Breakfast was also very extensive. Oh, and the swimming pool was great! I used it twice, highly recommend it.

Booked this for a friend, and they said it was pretty good. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center, so quite convenient overall. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, plus there's a swimming pool and a gym.

I stayed at M Hotel Singapore for a business trip from March 28th to 30th (Supreme King Room), and overall, my experience was quite good: - **Cleanliness:** Exceeded expectations, full marks! Both the room and public areas were spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail was meticulously maintained. - **Environment & Facilities:** Satisfied with 4.5 points. The location is excellent, offering city views. The room facilities were complete, making it convenient for both work and rest, and the soundproofing was also good. - **Service:** Satisfied with 4.5 points. The staff were friendly and responsive. However, it's a pity there was no Chinese service, which might make communication a bit inconvenient for Chinese travelers not proficient in English. I hope multilingual services can be improved in the future.

Room was so-so. In need of renovation. No bottled water in the rooms. Reception staff was warm and friendly. But cafe staff we not very welcoming.

The service was extremely poor. Specifically, they didn't notify us when check-out time passed, and then in the evening, they demanded a penalty fee that was even higher than the room rate for the previous night.

Booked a family room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. For a hotel in Singapore, the room size and beds were quite generous. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower. Plus, there was a sea view from the window! Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, so all communication was in English. I checked in via email beforehand, which made getting the room key at the front desk very quick. Luggage storage is available. There's a supermarket, hawker center, and many restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area, and from my room window, I could see the ro-ro terminal bustling with cars. The breakfast selection was quite good, mostly Asian-style dishes, which I really enjoyed.

I visited during the ***** New Year, and the room rate was over 1500 RMB per night. It's really hard to find a room around 30 square meters at that price point in Singapore, and that's honestly the only good thing about this hotel. Everything else was just mediocre, not even as good as a regular business hotel in China, like a Mercure. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. It was the same person when we checked out, and she seemed a bit more cheerful then, surprisingly. The room only had a toothbrush, slippers, a hairdryer, and a kettle. Nothing else. Breakfast was also just okay, don't get your hopes up. The overall environment felt quite dated. I'd suggest they seriously consider renovating and upgrading soon. Before leaving, I specifically went to check out the pool. It was the smallest pool I've ever seen at any hotel I've stayed in – definitely don't have high expectations for that either.
