It’s our 3rd stay with shangrila hotel. It doesnt disappont. My boys love the goodie bags, indoor playground and the kids splash swimming pool!! Room was excellent and we were on the 19th floor hence the view was great! We will be back again for the boys’ birthday celebration! Thank you Shangrila for the awesome hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore! The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained — perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d gladly stay here again!

Amazing and family friendly. With top tier service. Breakfast at The Line was very diverse and comprehensive. We also enjoyed Splash - the water play area for younger kids -very much.

A good staycation for families with young kids. There is an indoor playground and a water play pool for children. Guest service is great, which is expected.

Booked the hotel for it's outdoor water playground Splash. However, there were some broken tiles at the pool edges to take note off. Other than that, there are staff at the slides to maintain order. Room was clean and great with nice views of sunset.
