Great family staycation. Walk about 10mins to the best shopping centre in Singapore. Love the Christmas street lighting during Nov and Dec

Booked a 1 night staycation at the hotel but booked the room wrongly without breakfast. Upon hearing this, the reception staff Wen immediately offered to upgrade my room and he helped to search for a high floor room, away from elevator as per my booking request. Really thankful for his wonderful service and kind gesture to make our day! The upgraded hotel room is spacious with sofa bed and bathtub. Did not try the breakfast but my girl enjoyed her swim at the pool in the morning. The only gripe is that water was leaking from the sink and had to place floor mat below it. The air-con is also not very cold. But other wise, the room, the location is perfect!

I love the ambiance, very quiet. Great location and has a spacious room. Lucky us we were upgraded for free.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with many famous places of entertainment nearby, and the ladies there are very beautiful.

It was a was generally pleasant stay, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The biggest issue was the delayed room allocation. Check-in took longer than expected, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Additionally, the water dispenser in the room felt outdated. Having to manually refill it was a bit of a hassle.

Really nice location which is so convenient to get to many places in orchard. Swimming pool is spacious and clean. Rooms are huge Hotel staff are well trained and have good manners and so polite. The stay here is worth it.

Nice jacuzzi pool when I enjoyed most with right temperature. Buffet ice-cream taste food and the butter briyani from in-room dining was fantastic.

There was nothing there that would make me want to stay there again. Everything was just average, nothing outstanding at all.

Located right at the beginning of the famous shopping belt of Singapore , orchard road, this hotel although abit old, is comfortable and near various shopping malls like forum and palai renaissance. Travellers with a penchant for night life can also visit famous nightspots like aura and kpalace which is housed in the same building.

Clean. Perfect location. You can just walk 2 mins to the bus stop and 11 mins to the MRT station. Breakfast buffet is excellent with varieties of food . However, the check-in process is very slow. The counter has only 1 or 2 person in charge most of the time
