The hotel is a bit dated; the toilet seat was a bit loose and some of the towels were frayed. However, the breakfast selection was great and quite plentiful.

Pros: Reasonably priced. During the off-season, the front desk kindly upgraded us to the executive room. The room was very spacious with a balcony offering a nice view of Marina Bay. A baby cot was provided free of charge. Cons: The overall facilities are quite dated. The design of the bathroom sink and faucet was not user-friendly. There was no three-prong socket in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a hairdryer. The room lacked a proper ventilation system, resulting in poor air circulation. The hallway outside also had a musty, damp smell. We chose this hotel partly because of the advertised indoor playground for kids, but it was quite disappointing — many toys had been put away, and the actual play area did not match the promotional materials on the official website.

My family and I have just returned from our first trip to Singapore, and our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm atmosphere of genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the bell team. Their service was impeccable, and their warm, welcoming smiles every single time we got in and out of the hotel truly set the tone for our day. It’s a small gesture that made a huge difference. Our room was a sanctuary – impeccably clean, surprisingly spacious, and blessed with a breathtaking view of the Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. Waking up to that iconic skyline was a dream. Every member of the staff we encountered was helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The luxury access to Pacific Club Studio 26 was a fantastic experience, but the real highlight for us was the swimming pool. My little one absolutely joyed it! The pool area was quiet, felt exotic and secluded, and was the perfect place for her to splash around and for us to relax. The location is unbeatable, especially traveling with a baby in a stroller. Being directly connected to the mall was a lifesaver, offering unparalleled convenience for quick snacks, shopping, and escaping the afternoon heat. We left with the most memorable family memories and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Pan Pacific, for a flawless stay!

Stayed here during the September holidays and had a wonderful experience! A big shoutout to Robin from VIP check-in, who welcomed me with such warmth and positive energy. The pool was spacious and they had a wading area perfect for my 3-year-old. The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel is connected to Marina Square (many restaurants, kiddy rides and Timezone Arcade) which is great. Truly enjoyed our stay!

I indicated in my booking on Trip.com that I specifically wanted a twin room with two single beds. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that bed type is “subject to availability” and that the room type I had selected only came with a king-sized bed. In the end, I appreciate that the receptionist arranged a rolling bed as a workaround, but it felt quite awkward to have one king bed and one temporary roller bed. My advice to other travelers is to double-check in advance if twin beds are truly available, instead of assuming it will be honored. On top of that, I had booked two rooms in advance, yet Pan Pacific only had one of them ready, and the second room was only made available to me at 5 PM. For a property that brands itself as a five-star hotel, this was very disappointing. Overall, my check-in experience was far below expectations and did not reflect the service level one would anticipate at this standard.
