Hygiene: The attention to detail was lacking; there were unidentified red stains on the indoor table. For an internationally renowned hotel brand, this is quite unacceptable. Service: After reporting the above issues to the hotel, the response time was slow. They should have verified the situation and immediately offered a room change.

Met expectations, and the location is pretty good. The hotel is surrounded by malls and attractions, so you can walk or take a taxi for the minimum fare to the Merlion Park or Marina Bay Sands.

Had a fantastic stay, definitely worth every penny! The location is super convenient; it's just a short walk to Marina Bay Sands. The cleanliness was impeccable, no complaints there. Plus, every floor has an observation deck, so you don't even need to book a bay-view room to enjoy the scenery.

The room was quite spacious, but the design felt a bit dated. The Ritz-Carlton service, as expected, was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Promenade MRT station. The view of Marina Bay was also great, though the construction site in front of the hotel was a bit of a drawback.

Aside from the high price, there's nothing to fault, but then again, the location speaks for itself – it's really close to Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay. The service, facilities, and breakfast are all top-notch.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional, and breakfast was delicious. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, the staff remained consistently warm and attentive. Thumbs up! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The room was quite spacious, and the complimentary children's toiletries were a nice touch. The octagonal bay window with the bathtub was absolutely beautiful. They also had a fun 'kids' check-in' activity where children received free ice cream. However, it was a bit disappointing that the kids' play area wasn't open every day, so we didn't get to experience it. Room service was a little slow, but the lobby staff were incredibly helpful. When we wanted to go to Ya Kun Kaya Toast, a staff member actually walked us all the way to the restaurant.

I originally wanted to try Marina Bay Sands, but it was fully booked during Chinese New Year. After comparing other hotels in Marina Bay, I chose The Ritz-Carlton. After checking in, I realized that choosing The Ritz-Carlton for my trip to Singapore was absolutely the right decision. Firstly, from the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, most of the Ritz-Carlton staff were very professional and polite, from the greeters and check-in to room cleaning and dining services. Secondly, the room's view. The view from the ocean view room was unparalleled. Looking out from the floor-to-ceiling windows, Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and Merlion Park were all in full view. You could even watch the New Year's Eve fireworks display from the bed and the bathtub, which was amazing. The room had a large bed and a small sofa bed, perfect for families with older children who need their own space. Next, let's talk about the room service. During our stay, my child had a very heartwarming interaction with Jairus from house cleaning, which I specifically photographed to document the conversation. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets. We had the breakfast buffet for 5 consecutive days, and it offered a wide variety of choices. Although we did experience some 'aesthetic fatigue' towards the end, there were still plenty of options to keep us satisfied and full. Celebrating Chinese New Year in Singapore, I specifically chose this bay view hotel hoping to catch the fireworks. Unfortunately, only small fireworks were set off behind Marina Bay Sands, which really can't compare to the fireworks over Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. There's a construction site downstairs, which somewhat obstructed the view, but the room itself was spacious, warmly decorated, and quite classy, perfect for a family stay over the holidays. The bak kut teh at breakfast was especially fragrant. A special shout-out goes to the housekeeping staff; they were incredibly diligent, keeping everything spotless without fail, and always polite and thoughtful. This is quite rare and commendable in Southeast Asia, where there can sometimes be discrimination against Chinese people. Huge thanks to them for their hard work!

Overall, a good experience. The hotel environment is great, and the breakfast is quite rich, clearly designed to cater to various ethnicities. If you go before 8:30 AM, you won't have to wait in line, but it does get busy later. The staff are also very enthusiastic. It would be even better if there was an exit at the back of the hotel, so we wouldn't have to walk around to get to the subway station.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct walking access to Gardens by the Bay, Merlion Park, the Singapore Flyer, and other attractions. There's also convenient access to the subway and bus. Plus, the room views are beautiful, offering a direct sightline to the fireworks. Complimentary chocolates are provided daily.

Overall, it was a good stay. The greeter was very polite and proactively took our luggage the moment we got out of the car, so we didn't have to carry it ourselves. After checking in, we waited over an hour because the room was being cleaned. Once we got to the room, there was a plastic wrapper left by the previous guest on the floor, which was very disappointing. We contacted the front desk and they changed our room. Everything else was fine; the view was excellent, and breakfast was abundant. The chef making noodles was very professional. Perhaps it was because we changed rooms, but when we returned in the afternoon, there was a beautiful oil painting-style cake delivered to our room.

Last time I stayed in a club room and it was impeccable. This time I stayed in a suite, which was also good, but definitely not as good as last time. It was mostly flawless, but since I stayed longer this time, I noticed some of the in-room facilities were a bit dated. Given Singapore's amazing food scene and convenient location, if you're here for a long vacation, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast. That way, you can try more local delicacies. I've tried the hotel's breakfast and lunch buffet, and honestly, compared to what you get back home, there's nothing particularly outstanding. Singaporean food is mostly snack-style, served in individual portions, which suits my taste perfectly. Plus, the food hygiene is truly excellent; even the hawker stalls are reassuringly clean. You can easily sample cuisines from all over the world, which is really enjoyable. However, those who love stir-fries, especially Sichuan and Hunan dishes, might be a bit disappointed. During this longer stay, I discovered a back entrance to the hotel that leads to several large shopping malls nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate Singapore's covered walkways; they allow you to travel everywhere in the city, rain or shine, connecting subways, buses, malls, and residential areas seamlessly. The urban planning and construction here are truly top-notch.
