Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

We need to complain about the queue for Hotel Breakfast. It was very long and we waited around 20 mins due to overcrowding and limited seats in the restaurant. The food variety was limited, less meat, less vegetables in salad bar, less selection for cold cuts, no fish ball in noodles bar, most of the foods were carbohydrates. The Chinese New Year’s party were noisy and a bit too long.

Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in. Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room. Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted us with express check out assuring us that the bills would be settled correctly and receipt emailed to me. The room was clean when we checked in and the service staff ensured they were taken care of during the 2 days stay.
