Great location lots of choices for restaurants markets cleanliness needs to improve. We had a room facing the road and it was quite noisy all night other than that or overall the hotel was good.

Stay for 3 nights but bedsheet, pillow, floor mat n blanket were not change +no vacuum floor. Toilet water flow out is bad where I m standing in a flooded floor for bathing or alternate off n on tap water flow to wait water flow reduce then on tap continue bath. Request chg bedsheet on 3rd night but is a dirty bedsheet n torn pillow case with a Snow hotel printed on the case. I’ve been staying in this hotel for several visits in spore but disappointed on the service for this round. Improvement- pls hav a 2nd checker on toilet maintenance n hse keeping before handover room to customer. Your hotel has the most late check time of 3pm bt yet adequate preparation for the room is not complete. Additional suggestion to fix a mirror in the room because mirror only avail in toilet!

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Kam Leng Hotel in the Deluxe Queen Room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the convenient facilities like parking and luggage storage, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Kam Leng Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I would happily book again in the future!

Not so clean. We’ve stayed at several hotels, but this is the only one where we saw a mouse — it was very surprising.🐁😩

Honestly, I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before. I never expected to experience something like this in Singapore. The hygiene standards are extremely poor. There was visible mold and water damage around the door frame and walls, which is completely unacceptable. I even saw mice during my stay, and there were many small flying insects inside the room. The noise at night, combined with the insects, made it impossible to sleep properly. The entire room felt dirty and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Serious improvements in cleanliness and pest control are urgently needed!!!!

Is accessible location as is easily located, but till now there isn't any deluxe twin selection in the trip.com app, hopefully the selection of the deluxe twin will be updated soon✍️🌸

A staycation with my partner. I loves the location cos there is a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around. Room is decent but surprisingly the toilet is big. But do suggest the hotel to do abit of upgrading cos there is wear and tear in my room. But overall nice. Only stayed for a night.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room with City View and were disappointed to find that the "parking" mentioned on the hotel's website wasn't actually a hotel parking lot, but rather a public state parking lot. We had specifically looked for a hotel with free parking and were under the impression that this hotel offered it. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly indicate that it's a public parking lot to avoid any confusion. Otherwise, the room was okay, but the parking situation was a major letdown.

Walking distance within nearby bus stops, train stations, and shops (convenience store, restaurant, etc) With In-house luggage storage (unlocked/unsecured). We found a nice breakfast place along the road of Beatty Rd. It’s local dining that serves Kaya toast better than the popular/mall dining ones.

Hotel location is near lavender station you can walk from the station to the hotel about 10mins. Nearby the hotel have. Lots of store and restaurant. i will book this hotel again when I go to SG.

Pros: Room was clean. Two different shower heads. Cons: The location isn't near anywhere. Lavender MRT is the closest MRT. No fridge. Bathroom floor space is long, but narrow.

Choose The single rooms with the big single bed ...theu are much better than the one with two small beds (if this is avlbl do not book it). This is my second stay (first one wasnt that great) but this time it was much better.
