Hotel is nice enough but the shower blind was covered in mould and the wallpaper is coming off the wall .

I have to say that the WiFi is soooooo terrible…. So weak and sometimes even no guest wifi signal in the room. I’m staying for a business trip, so the WiFi is quite important to me. The price vs the quality I get is somewhat quite like what in Hong Kong, so no higher expectations. Extra charges for the breakfast buffet not included in my booking is 25SGD at the canteen (36SGD at the reception desk). Except for the poor WiFi, the room has basic facilities for business-trip staying, like a normal sized table and lamp for working, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a safe locker, a mini fridge, a bathtub. And, the location is really convenient, just less than 15 minutes Grab to the airport, a metro station not so faraway, and has a large shopping mall right outside the door.

Booked this hotel for my son’s birthday.It’s a very quiet place but there’s shops surrounding the area so food is convenient.There’s also a fairprice and ATM very nearby.The check in was smooth.Room was quite small but enough for my family.The cleanliness is good too.Only thing that wasn’t good is the lighting of the room.It’s very dim and dark at night.Otherwise my family enjoyed themselves.Pool is small and there’s a small gym too.Will I come back again?No actually.

Repeated visit and did not disappoint. Check in was quick and room is as advertised, furnished adequately and comfortable. However, room had a damp carpet smell. Location is amazing. MRT, supermarket, mall with outlets stores and numerous eateries around. One of my undisputed favorites.

A cozy hotel beside Expo MRT with good accessibility to shopping and eateries within walking distance. Good for layovers and day trips to Jewel if you want to avoid the expensive Crowne Plaza Changi.

The interconnecting rooms serve the purpose of our stay. Nice staff. Can see planes landing from swimming pool.

The room was fantastic, impeccably clean and better than what I could have expected. As business hotels suites go, this one was quite nice. The matress was super comfortable, nearly close to laying on clouds. Regrettably, the fan in the bathroom is on at an uncomfortably loud noise, even with doors closed. Despite being drained after a long flight, I could barely catch any sleep even with earplugs on. The pool is okay, if you are the only one using it, as it's so narrow that it merely allows for two people swimming side by side. Didnt have a chance to try out the gym, but looked decent. As for breakfast, I felt it just average and lacking some flavor. The coffee was so dreadful I resorted to adding milk to my double espresso, just to be able to finish it. A shame about the vent thing in the bathroom, I hope they solve it soon. It was better and cheaper than staying at a capsule hotel in Changi, so there's that.

Good to relax after a long flight. Close to the AirPort. Nice staff.

Convenient to MRT stations and have FairPrice next to the residence, but no windows to be open, overall friendly staff and may visit it again in the future.

Everything is good. Thought the hotel will give slice a birthday cake of something when I indicated birthday month in the request but apparently nothing upon checking with the staff.

The so call king bed was 2 join single bed and it’s not same level. Bed was uncomfortable. Been here with 3 bad experience, no more. This will be the last stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel and everywhere near to buy n eat n mrt I would like to stay here again. Love the bathtub
