Park Regis by Prince Singapore

Although the room was small, it had everything we needed. It was clean, tidy, well-arranged, and thoughtfully designed. All the essentials were there, including a hook for clothes while showering. Bottled water is expensive in Singapore, so it wasn't provided, but the small tap to the right of the sink offered direct drinking water. However, to be safe, I still boiled it in the kettle before drinking. The staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The location is great, with convenient transportation, making it very easy for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

This hotel is really great overall. I had booked a standard room, but it wasn't available, so I got a free upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was very tidy. The location is convenient, very close to Clarke Quay, making it easy to get around and dine nearby. My stay was excellent, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Since it's also a tourist spot, it was easy to plan our itinerary. You can get to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay without any transfers. ◎ Friendly staff They speak in easy-to-understand English. Even with my broken English, they would listen with a smile and try to understand. When I was lost in the hotel, a cleaning staff member saw me and called a front desk staff member to help. ◎ Delicious room service food I ordered through the internal phone line. It was relaxing to enjoy a meal in the cool room. ◎ Comfortable room The room had no dividing walls and large windows, making it feel spacious. The shower water was warm, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ◎ Drinking water tap available During my stay, I didn't need to buy bottled water, which was convenient and saved me from worrying about water.

The location, ambiance, and service were all great. The only downsides were the room size and facilities, which were a common issue for hotels in Singapore. For a hotel costing over 1000 a night, the toilet and shower were quite basic. However, the hotel's pool environment was lovely, and the staff's service was very nice.

The Park Regis Hotel is almost always fully booked, so make sure to reserve in advance to get a better deal. The swimming pool is excellent with plenty of lounge chairs, and the hotel's location is convenient, close to two metro stations.

Facilities: Comprehensive, with a pool and a gym. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Small yet exquisite, its greatest asset being cleanliness and neatness. Service: Excellent! I emailed the hotel with a request, and they met it perfectly! Very satisfied. Convenient for getting around. It seems coffee at the hotel might be chargeable; you can inquire at the front desk for details. The hotel requires a deposit. I recommend exchanging more Singapore dollars, just in case.

The hotel's location is good; it's right across the street from Exit B of Clark Quay MRT station, and within walking distance to Chinatown. The facilities inside are a bit dated, but the pool and gym downstairs are convenient.
