Resorts World Sentosa-Hotel Michael

The location is absolutely fantastic! Staying on Sentosa made getting around incredibly convenient, a dream come true for avid walkers. The room was clean, the pool view was amazing, and the AC was powerful. The breakfast spread was great, and getting around was super easy. I'll definitely be back!

The room location is great, close to the Imbiah and Resorts World MRT stations. It's only a 5-minute walk to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself is quite spacious and the environment is lovely. I booked a twin room and the beds were very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom has a curtain. My room was a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the hairdryer from the next room, so the soundproofing isn't the best.

Great location right next to Universal Studios and S.E.A. Aquarium, which is super convenient when traveling with kids. There are plenty of dining options inside, though they can be a bit pricey. Alternatively, you can eat at VivoCity and take the free Sentosa Express to and from the island. Plus, there's a new Pop Mart store!

The hotel's location is great, and the room is spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so the restaurant, gym, and swimming pool were all closed. I had to walk 10 minutes to the nearby Hotel Ora for breakfast and to use their gym and swimming facilities.

Poor service, one-time business. The environment is bad, and breakfast is served at another hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Michael this time; overall, I was very satisfied 👍. 1️⃣ The location is the biggest highlight. The hotel is right next to Universal Studios, close to the Sentosa Express station, and at the beginning of Festive Walk. It's incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions; you can walk to the theme park, restaurants, and shops. 2️⃣ The service was simply superb! Since I was traveling with a child, the hotel proactively arranged an extra bed for us, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Coincidentally, some areas of the hotel were undergoing renovations. To ensure the construction noise didn't affect our stay, they generously offered complimentary access to the water park (and even helped us when we had trouble entering after checkout). They also allowed us a late checkout. Very humane and accommodating! 3️⃣ The hotel has the TungLok Heen restaurant, and the food was delicious. We could enjoy great meals without even leaving the hotel. I saw some reviews mentioning that the facilities were old, but my actual experience didn't feel as dated as reported online. Of course, compared to brand-new high-end hotels in China, the hardware might feel a bit older, but it's well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which didn't affect our stay at all. 👍 This hotel is highly recommended for families visiting Sentosa with children. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Only 5 minutes from Universal Studios, very convenient and clean, and I slept great. There's water and an ice machine, and the mini-bar snacks are free. The TungLok Signatures restaurant downstairs serves excellent Singaporean food, though it is a bit pricey.

The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get around the island. The tap water in the room is probably not drinkable. There's drinking water and an ice machine in the elevator lobby, and the fridge in the room has complimentary drinks, which was fantastic! The hotel is right above a mall and very close to Universal Studios and Harry Potter World.

I forgot to take pictures inside, but this hotel is really great. The room is spacious, and the twin beds are 1.2 meters wide, which is quite generous for a Singaporean hotel. The location is excellent, very similar to hotels in Macau where several properties are interconnected. There's a shopping mall downstairs, and the bus station for getting off the island is also right there, making it super convenient. They provide complimentary drinks, bottled water, and 4 coffee capsules daily. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
