Is at prime location is recommendable to both locals and tourists ✍️🌸

It's very close to a popular Instagrammable spot that's often packed with people queuing for photos. However, the hotel room didn't provide slippers; you had to purchase them for S$3.

One of the best and spacious hotel in singapore. No complain but if a few amenities like slipper, face only towel and hair dryer would be better.  Hey they have pools. Cool consistent aircon.

The location is good, the building is old, but it is a cosy hotel. Amenities are minimal. No slippers. The sound of the room door closing is too loud. During the night or in the morning, the sound will wake you up. Those who wish to sleep peacefully should be careful.

I really don't know as normally I don't like to write something negatively about the hotel but this time unfortunately it's really beyond my most hatred imagination. Sadly to say almost everything is perfectly screwed. From the staffs to the noisy mainlanders guests and lastly to the inconsistency of the water temperature this place is a complete nightmare. Never again I will ever step into this hotel and the consolation part is at least there is this friendly Chinese security uncle. Wake up YWCA this is not the way of giving back to the community yeah

Location and service were excellent. The room was chilly, but it was great to sleep in. Best spot in Fort Canning.

Rooms are badly sound proofed, you can hear every bits of sounds from your neighbors room (good for spy) and vice versa. Hotel staff, including sales manager Mr.Eric claims its normal but none of them ever stepped inside the room to verify. I wrote to complain to their assistant director Kelvin Tay but no one replied. I think the hotel belongs to Church, its motto proclaiming Love and Care, but the management thinks otherwise. Who knows. Only God knows, but he is also short of manpower. Another wierd thing is after raining the fly insects from the opposite Fort canning mountain will invade inside the room (though the windows are all sealed and doors are always shut). Apart from these excluding intermittent short of hotwater supply, just outside the hotel there is a linkage way conveniently leads to Plaza Singapura shopping mall for you to stack up your snacks for late night prying, but it also leads to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station if you decide to take to your heels.

I am very satisfied and happy with the hotel. It's more spacious to compare with other same price hotels. It's so clean. The hotel staff r nice and professional. One of the advantages of the hotel is its location, too. It's opposite to the Fort Canning park. However, If the hotel can fix/ reduce the noise of the door when closing door, it would be perfect. The door is old style door and every time guets next door close the door, it causes a big noise and it's disturbing.

Con : Cupboard to enclose fridge squeaky. No hair dryer. Only 1 complimentary carpark ticket per day.. Pro : Staffs were helpful and polite. View from room was enchanting. Location is perfect so no fuss with taking public transport.

Very clean and tidy, close to MRT and fort canning park. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also there's bidet in the room. Recommended place to stay 😍 surely will come again.

Refurbished hostel into hotel . Classy lobby , room was clean and overall is well. Only downside is the soundproof
