Swissotel The Stamford Singapore

On my holiday visit to Singapore again, I still chose the Swissôtel The Stamford. The hotel's location is superb, right next to landmarks like Merlion Park, City Hall, the Art Museum, and St Andrew's Cathedral. It offers direct views of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. Downstairs, you'll find Raffles City shopping mall and the City Hall MRT station, making shopping, dining, and transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel's facilities and decor are great, and the housekeeping service is excellent. Check-in was very smooth; there are plenty of self-service check-in kiosks in the lobby, and staff are always on hand to assist if needed. Many European and American tourists, as well as airline crews, also choose to stay here. Overall, the stay experience was fantastic.

Facilities: There's a coffee machine, a fridge, and a pool. Environment: High floor with expansive views. Service: The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff. The doorman was very enthusiastic and polite. Since our two rooms were on the same floor, they even gave us a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch and made the occasion special! 🎂 Location: Right next to Raffles City shopping mall, not far from all the main attractions, and the subway station is right next door, making it super convenient for getting around!

An old hotel. As soon as we arrived in Singapore, the driver asked why we didn't book the Marriott across the street, saying this hotel was too old. For convenience and ease, we chose this hotel to visit kindergartens with our child and for my husband to attend a conference. The location is good, with a mall downstairs making shopping and dining very convenient. We booked a Swiss View Balcony King Room for four nights (too lazy to pack and switch hotels with a child). Having to shower in the bathtub was awkward; for this price, it doesn't compare to hotels back home. The breakfast area is small, with limited variety, and refills were slow – everything required waiting, and it was crowded! The service was decent, better than the Grand Hyatt we stayed at last year. The best thing about the room was the view, but the balcony was too small; there wasn't even space for a chair to sit and enjoy the view with a cup of tea. 😅

A very good hotel, no complaints at all, except for the high price. The views are excellent, the location is superb, with seamless subway access, and Raffles City right downstairs for dining and shopping, which is incredibly convenient. I recommend the Swissôtel The Stamford Marina Bay View Room.

The hotel service was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. They even managed to put both our rooms on the same floor, which was great. Check-out was super quick and convenient – just drop the key card in the box. The location is fantastic too, right above the subway station and very close to the attractions.
