"Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the location, price, and quality! Highly recommended. The biggest surprise was the pool, which is perfect for Instagram. Plus, the hotel has a delicious Michelin-starred barbecue restaurant, and there's a must-try bakery right next door."

"Everything was great about this hotel except the front desk. Understand there's meal time but should there be a replacement to ensure someone at the front desk? Anyway, we reached around 1-2pm and wanted to check if we can check in earlier but there was no one at the desk. Hence we sat on the lobby and waited until around 2pm. When we asked about early check in, somehow it felt like the staff wasn't very polite in his reply. That's fine, but what's not is when we came back around 2.45pm. Clearly the room was ready, the receptionist saw us but did not bother to tell us that. Only when another couple tried checking in early, that we know the rooms are ready. Other than that, I have no complaints. Oh 1 more thing, my gf felt the window blinds isn't very efficient and it still allowed sharp glare from the sun in along the sides and it affected her rest. Might want to change to a proper curtain to fully block off the sunlight. Overall would love to stay here again."

"Really value for money hotel, within a great location. Just be careful of the rain because it is not integrated with the public transport entrances. And taxis in Singapore are ridiculously expensive. Apparently it was built by a well known man called Ng Teng Fong, heard he is some legendary businessman"

"Quaint old-quaint old school set up, sprawling on the second floor of a traditional shop house corner very close to an MRT station at least just a few minutes walk and also a taste of the Singapore heartland with an HDB estate nearby with great food in the market there. Although it’s a little removed from the main city action, you are actually quite close to everything in Singapore. It’s just a question of getting on the train or the right bus and there are plenty of opportunities around here to do that. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was maybe a bit small and comparison to the size of the room And the TV was just Singapore‘s very lousy terrestrial stuff but if you can get it at a good price this is a good choice that did seem to be a few short term visitors for just a few hours, but maybe they were in transit. It certainly is a contrast to the more CD area of Gaylan where you will find other hotels around this price range, but not with such a quaint old ambience. Oh yes, and there’s a quaint again that word little Terrace at the back which could be a great place to have a takeout or to chill with other guests or friends although primarily I guess it’s a smoking area."

"It was our first time visiting One 15.. Apart from the amazing location, the hotel was situated pretty conveniently with Cold Storage, 711 & Little Farms, just a stone away. The bathtub could be better, as it is very sunken and deep, and it can be very inconvenient for elderly people or those with knee problems. We didn't go for the breakfast option as it was not halal certified, not many options, and not cost effective. The gym facility was not good as it is only open till 9pm for non-members. It is 24/7 only for members, which I find quite unreasonable as even non-members paid for the hotel. Our view was excellent, it was facing the marina and we loved it. Another part of concern was that anyone could enter the hotel from the back entrance and access the lift to go up to the rooms. The lift does not have any access card system. Anyone can just come in and access the floors, which can be quite alarming for security reasons. Other than that, all was good. Our operator managed our stay extension very smoothly and even allowed us to check out at 1pm. Thank you to all who made our stay pleasant."

"My experience at Hipstercity Hostel was absolutely perfect — 10/10! The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and make you feel right at home. I loved the common area where you can relax or meet other travelers. The location is excellent, close to MRT stations, cafes, and major attractions in Singapore. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the city!"

"It was a really nice experience. Hotel is eco friendly, laidback, chill and we explored a lot of nature and plants even within the hotel itself. They are an inclusive employer employing special needs employees too, which is perfect for me who has an autistic child, for a hotel that understands. The swimming pool has a waterfall feature using water from a natural stream. It was cold and so wonderfull! Overall the place really surprised me."

Singapore has two main civilian airports: Changi Airport (SIN) and Seletar Airport (XSP). Both airports are well-connected to the city by taxi and public transport, making travel to central Singapore straightforward.

  • Singapore Changi Airport (SIN): The main international airport and a major Asia-Pacific hub. Located about 12–15 miles (20–24 km) from the city centre. Travel time to the city is typically 30–40 minutes by taxi or MRT.
  • Seletar Airport (XSP): A smaller civilian airport primarily used for private flights and non-commercial aviation. Situated in the north-east of Singapore, around 9 miles (15 km) from central Singapore.

Want to start your trip to Singapore smoothly? Booking a hotel with a shuttle service can save time and energy, especially for late-night arrivals or early departures, allowing you to easily enjoy the city's attractions, shopping, and dining.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserPrior to our arrival, we submitted highly detailed requests. Not a single one of these was fulfilled. Furthermore, when we attempted to provide feedback and seek clarification via the Four Seasons App, the responses we received from Vivien were nothing more than formulaic platitudes, evasions, and excuses. I respectfully urge the management to reassess her suitability in this role, and to provide her with retraining—particularly in recognising the genuine expectations of guests and in addressing even the most basic requirements with sincerity. The errors committed included, but were not limited to: addressing the welcome card with an incorrect name, assigning us a room with a poor view on a low floor, and failing to arrange any of the promised welcome amenities. On our first day, it was Vivien herself who handled our check-in. This left me with the distinct impression that her enthusiasm and warmth were merely superficial, lacking any authentic understanding of her guests. I must reiterate that we had submitted precise information in advance of our stay, and the failure to act upon it resulted in an experience far below expectations. That said, I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Tham Tuck Wah (Front Office Manager) for his thoughtful efforts in making amends. His professionalism and generosity ensured that the latter part of our stay was memorable for the right reasons. Likewise, I am deeply appreciative of the two gentlemen managers in suits—one of whom wore glasses—who oversaw the breakfast service. Their attentiveness, patience, and genuine care in addressing guests’ needs left a lasting impression, and I am truly regretful that I did not ask for their names. I kindly request that my heartfelt thanks be conveyed to them.

AAnonymous UserA pleasant experience with Conrad Singapore Marina Bay - I have decided to celebrate my 6th wedding anniversary with Conrad. From reaching the hotel till departure, the staff team worked seamlessly in making sure that positive experience and memories is created for my family. My 1 year old son, who is an October baby - his first staycation, was given a small complimentary cake by Daniel and his colleagues during check-in. Vanessa and Nik were a few warm and friendly staff who checked-in with us when we met them at the reception area. There were a few others memorable details such as preparing surprises within our room by the hotel staff. I can see that there is a tight communication and strong teamwork to ensure great hospitality. Definitely will consider Conrad Singapore Marine Bay for another staycation soon.

AAnonymous UserA lovely place for a short stay, although the room is quite small but it is big enough for one person. However, there wasn’t much space to open a big suitcase. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The body wash and shampoo that they provided smells so nice, it’s from the brand Rituals. Location is very strategic, Maxwell MRT and Outram Park MRT are close by. Plenty of places to eat from including Maxwell Food Centre and coffee shops that opened as early as 8am. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time but probably booking a slightly bigger room if I am bringing a big suitcase.

YYQQStay was comfortable. Room is clean, amenities provided. Location is not too bad, outside the hotel entrance is paragon. Oppo is taka and is walking distance to MRT. To reach the room, we are required to change lift at lvl 4, walk straight once u got off lift at lvl 4(to reach the other lift lobby). Noises can be heard quite clearly when in the room, guess this is the cons I had during my stay. Overall still a nice hotel.

GGuest UserEverything was great, however, the pillows were the worst for me and my husband. They were very soft so they fell flat the moment our heads landed on them. But, cleanliness, the vibes, the staffs were excellent :) in the morning, we were clueless though when it came to breakfast and we found other families also started coming to the restaurant but couldn’t find anyone by 9am. Guests with young kids would be hungry by then. Hopefully, these feedbacks could be something to be improved on by the management. All in all, I’d still highly recommend this place :) it’s a chill vibe with amazing experience, especially for young kids who love buses.

GGuest UserI chose to stay here because of its convenient location and excellent accessibility. It’s just a 5-minute walk from MRT HarbourFront and right across from VivoCity mall, making it super easy to hop over to Sentosa. public transport is incredibly convenient here. The service from the front desk staff was also wonderful. On our first day, we had a small issue with the in-room safe because the battery had run out, so it couldn’t be locked. The staff came to fix it within 10 minutes, which was really impressive. The room was clean and had no unpleasant odors. It was spacious enough to open two 26-inch suitcases at the same time. All the essentials provided by the hotel were complete and more than sufficient body wash, shampoo, and even hand gel, all with a lovely scent. Most importantly, the bathroom had a bum gun, which was a big plus! There were also two complimentary bottles of drinking water in the fridge. The power outlets were universal, so there was no need to bring an adapter. no matter where you're from, you can plug in your devices right away. The bed was super soft and comfy, though the pillows were a bit high and firm for my liking. 1- Fire Extinguisher as well. From our room, we could see the swimming pool and even the cable cars. such a nice view! Even though there were many guests staying at the same time, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The soundproofing in the room was quite good. There were snacks available for purchase in the lobby, an outdoor area for breakfast, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. love this place and I will go back someday!

AAnonymous UserI didnt manage to get their names but am very appreciative of the kind assistance provided during my stay. They have limited manpower , no bellman and all the staff were ladies however the young receptionist and their duty manager did all they can to assist. The hotel are very strict with the rules and I felt area of improvement would be to note tone of voice to guests and maybe verbiage , however I understand she is doing her job. Housekeeping supervisory or room inspection may have an overlook as there was a dried up lens on cupboard but it was a small issue that doesnt affect my stay so i didnt raise but figured would be essential point to note for room audits. Despite facing alot of difficulties and that encounter... would be glad to be back again as the 2 ladies has converted my stay into a pleasant one.

AAnonymous UserStaying in Singapore has certainly been an experience, and overall, it was quite… unique 😅 First, the pros: 1. **Convenient Location**: It's about 900 meters from Harbourfront Vivocity, roughly a 10-minute walk. 2. **Affordable Price**: At 625 RMB per night (weekend rate, slightly higher than weekdays) including tax, this is considered quite cheap in Singapore, where prices are sky-high 😅. 3. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and well-maintained, as expected from a chain brand. Now for the cons: First, the room is tiny, definitely less than 13 square meters. The actual usable space, including the bathroom, is only about six or seven square meters. Second, I honestly didn't understand what ”1 double bed measuring 1.31 meters” meant at first. After checking in, I realized that 1.31 meters was the total width of *two* beds! Divided by two, each bed was only 0.65 meters wide 😅. Honestly, this is the narrowest bed I've ever slept in 😅. I didn't think much of it and just lay down, but in the middle of the night, I almost fell off the bed when I turned over. I had to get up and push the two beds together to be able to continue sleeping, albeit uncomfortably, due to the large, sunken gap in the middle. Also, I don't know who keeps them, but there are several chickens in the green belt outside, and they started crowing incessantly before 7 AM. It feels a bit out of place for a business hotel to have chickens outside, not quite fitting with Singapore's sophisticated, elite image, haha 😅. Another experience related to ”cultural differences”: The hotel doesn't provide bottled water. There's a ”drinking water” sign on the bathroom faucet, but I didn't dare drink it, haha 😅. Luckily, I brought two bottles of water myself (500ml + 600ml), which I managed to make do with for a day and a half. Plus, there was a 600ml bottle of mineral water on the Aeroline bus on the way back the next evening. This saved me money on buying water in Singapore (not including a coconut shake and a durian cendol I bought the next day). Singapore is really hot and humid. The sun is scorching during the day, and walking outside feels like being roasted alive 😅. Restaurants and food courts don't provide free hot or cold water. Water might indeed be a scarce resource here, which I can rationally understand 😅.

AAnonymous UserI want to thank their friendly, kind & accommodating receptionist named ”Hasley”. We asked him quite a number of questions where to go from the hotel to eat or buy some stuff, what to ride and others, he is very helpful and always smiling. Thank you brother! I also like the location and place we stayed because it's also near the train station and very accessible to everything and we paid it at an affordable price thru the app with a Trip discount membership. Lots of food to choose from and nightlife is hype as well, a lot of bars and restaurants surrounding the place. Friendly neighborhood and we had a great stay. ❤️
