"Convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Hawkers, restaurants and market close by. A popular dessert place was across the street that we went to a few times, highly recommended. The room was smaller than we expected but ok for a couple. The MRT must run below the hotel because we can hear and feel the vibrations every 10 minutes when the train would go by. The washroom was quite small and required you to step up into it. Although there was an elevator, there were steps throughout the hotel and room, so could be inconvenient for some."
"The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station"
"Close to hospital Tan Tock Seng. About 8-10 mins walk to MRT station. Room not very sound proof. Had a group of tourist talking at the corridor at 10:30pm and it was quite loud and difficult to settle to sleep."

"Pros:
Beautiful hotel with fast check in & check out process.
Great for plane spotting. My son loves this hotel.
Pleasant scent at the lobby, they actually sell the diffuser in 50ml and 100ml if u love the scent.
Received complimentary cake for our anniversary, indicated in request column but they didnt see the request. We have to call and enquire for it again.
Cons:
The flooring at shower area is slippery when wet.
So u have to be careful. My husband slipped in the shower room but didnt fall as he managed to balance himself😓
For those who are driving, carpark is not linked to the hotel. Those with luggages, elderly or small kids, u can alight them first at the lobby as there’s a flight of stairs. But not an issue for us as my husband alighted us at the lobby.
Sadly, no bidet.
But overall, we love this place.
It’s such a beautiful place for a short staycation.
Wont be our last, maybe next time I will bring my own slip mat for the shower room and a portable bidet☺️
Maybe. Hehehe
Didnt look like we are actually in Singapore.
Posted our family pics in social media and some friends don’t even know such beautiful place exist here."
"First time staying in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Despite being smack in midst of town, the indoor car park was ample (unlike many other hotels that don’t provide private car parks) so this was a welcome facility we like because of our large vehicle. But driving around congested Penang is stressful, so we used Grab e-hailing to move around. Room was large, clean, facilities well placed, AC strong and the hotel staff were very obliging and responsive. Even the car park security guard was very helpful to guide us. Check in was efficient. There are many tourists staying here, but the lobby/main entrance was huge, and everything was well organized, so guests looked happy. Hotel is located in New Lane, which is just next to the Lorong Baru hawker stalls. We were on a foodie trip, so having quick easy access to food early in the morning till late night was so convenient. The famous Charcoal seafood CKT is right here; don’t miss this! There is a convenience store just around the corner so you could buy sundry items if you missed anything. Happy with this hotel and would come back again. We just booked another trip for October and Trip.com gave the lowest rate again. Highly recommended."
"The Fullerton Hotel Singapore offers an exceptional blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it a standout destination. From its stunning waterfront location to its impeccable service and elegantly furnished rooms, every detail exudes sophistication. The dining options, coupled with breathtaking views of Marina Bay, create a truly unforgettable experience."
"This hotel is very near the station(abt 10mins by walk),also the beach, and it has a nice swimming pool on the 4th floor which can view the ocean.
I would like to give special thanks to Awwal and Sheziena(sorry if I spell your names wrong), for their excellent services during our stay there, and prompt action when we couldnt get a taxi to downtown they sent us to the station which is really helpful!
Will definitely come back again when we visit Sentosa next time."
"The place is very nice and clean. and also staff is very accommodating. They have smoking area outside the hotel. Very peaceful place. Near Churches. We love the Place so much. ❤️ Thank you, OXFORD HOTEL 🇸🇬"
"Very pleasant check in experience. Generous late check out timing. My family enjoyed ourselves cycling around Marina Bay area with the free bicycle rental service. Location is wonderful for all sorts of landmark sightseeing. Will definitely return again. Thanks Mandarin Oriental!"
"My first time here and was surprised that I may be in “Little India” of Singapore! Didn’t know that this hotel is so popular with mainly travellers from India. There was a very strong scent when I entered my room. It kept me sneezing for a while! Gotten some pretty noisy neighbours. They talked very loudly as if they were quarreling and there were slamming of doors! Hmmm.. Was looking forward to a dip in the pool..however, the pool cafe was just there as well. No one was swimming, though..mostly just eating at their tables. I was too shy to do so as all eyes were on me! LOL All else were still acceptable for a short stay. Thank you."

Great
ZZi Xuan AdrianI was there for a staycation and the reception asked if I would like to upgrade for a suite for an extra $100, I took it. When I got into the room, I found that there was a card addressed to someone else. I called the reception and they apologised for the incident. But I have to say, they really know how to make it up to a customer. I'm glad that this hotel is really serious about taking care of their customers. Excellent service level. The breakfast spread was acceptable, and the service staff are really nice and friendly even the waitstaff that help to clear the plates were smiling and greeting. These are really well-trained staff. I was surprise that the pool was clean although it is an outdoor pool, good job. As for the gym, its small but a 24-hours gym. Equipments are sufficient. Overall an excellent stay and an applause to the friendly and well-trained staff.

XXue-Ling CheongMy family and I were at Ritz Carlton for our babymoon and belated birthday celebration.
We were very warmly welcomed from the service staff at the drop off point to the reception. Ms Cally Ho attended to us during our check-in and we were wowed by her service excellence as she went through great lengths to meet our check-in requests. We are also thankful that Cally diligently updated us about her renovation work going on in the hotel and the temporary electrical cut off during midnight. Hence, there weren’t any rude surprises. Cally even added a very sweet gesture of sending some delicious desserts up to our room with a handwritten note.
During our dinner on the first day, we wanted to make reservations at the Colony but didn’t realise that it was fully booked. We were rather disappointed, but when we were at The Republic, Mr Md Firdausi heard about this and he assured us that he will be able to get us a table at The Colony for dinner the next evening, at the time slot we wanted - and he did! We were so grateful and absolutely wow-ed by his service excellence and attentiveness to our needs!
On our last day at breakfast, I had a huge craving for the delicious olive focaccia bread which I had the night before. I was slightly disappointed when they didn’t serve it at the breakfast buffet so I checked with the chefs. Again, I was wow-ed by their excellence - instead of telling me that it’s not available, Ms Hui Jun, went to prepare and bake some especially for me!
Overall, this staycation at The Ritz Carlton has been exceptional and excellent beyond our wildest dreams.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is exceptionally well-located, just a 5-minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Dining options are abundant, with numerous restaurants conveniently located within walking distance. Upon entering the hotel lobby, guests are welcomed by a pleasant fragrance, which continues into the guest rooms with a refreshing and clean scent. I highly recommend this hotel for both convenience and comfort.

BBryan FangBought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard.
Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in.
Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression.
Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar.
Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway.
Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width.
Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes.
Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available.
Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne.
Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code.
Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue.
Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well.
Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile.
Overall an enjoyable stay here

KKasen NguMarina front environment was great & the surrounding trees along the road journey made you relaxed.
As a resort hotel the room was in good size, Balcony that can seat 2 adults was nice too for drinks and sunset view.
Good choices of F & B outlets surrounding the marina which you can walk there leisurely.
Nearby also have several nice upscale restaurant like example ” Fiamma ” a Italian restaurant you can dine with your love one.
Narina also have several sea spots activities available for you to participate with fees.
Overall stay experience was great & relaxed.

GGuest UserVery Great Experience even for first timers, the service was very nice, specially the taxi booking, the facilities were at par, regarding the food we did not made a reservation for the food, we ate in the city. over all it was a very nice experience and the staff are courteous and honest.
KKee KianAlthough I expected the place to be invaded by insects, but I was really disturbed by the amount of ants in the room (easily 300 ants in one night stay) - not forgetting that I was greeted by lizard the first moment I opened my door. However, I would say the room itself is rather clean and well-maintained and the water pressure is great! Location was okay if you think about having hawkers and beach within walking distance, but if you are looking to explore anywhere outside within 1KM - there’s pretty much nothing. It’s also disappointing that they charge a $20 for overnight parking, instead of being complimentary. Lastly, the receptionist was very polite and helpful, however - the service team were pretty rude when asking them for extra towels etc, staring and looks unpleasant. Also, note that there will not be anyone to seek assistance from after 10PM, but rather a number will be given to you to call if you need anything.

JJenn TehWe loved the view from the room. Thumbs up 👍
There were eateries within walking distance which was a plus point too 👍
However, the lobby was so crowded n noisy every time we passed by we had to rush 😵
GGuest UserPerfect location, just right at Lavender Station so you don’t need to worry of getting wet when heavy rain. There are restaurants, convenient store and currency exchange nearby. Hotel is a bit weary but neat and clean. Overall it is a good choice and will recommend to others.
AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The check-in process was smooth, and I’d like to especially mention Mr Sunil at the front desk—he was courteous, efficient, and helpful throughout my visit.
The room was reasonably comfortable and met basic expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay. With some attention to housekeeping, particularly in the bathroom area, the experience could be much better.
