Ibis Budget Hotels in Singapore

I visited with mixed feelings of anticipation and worry, but it offers the best value for money. The facilities are clean and nice for the price. The staff are also very friendly.

I was thrilled to book the Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen this time. When I arrived, the staff already knew about my online check-in. The moment I got there, they immediately apologized because there was an issue with my room's air conditioning. They upgraded me to an even better, higher-starred hotel within the same chain, the Ibis Styles Singapore on MacPherson. They even covered the taxi fare and had my luggage sent directly to my room. They were incredibly polite. I was so exhausted that I just fell asleep. Around 9 PM, I woke up hungry and decided to go out. They were very helpful in giving me directions. The hotel's surroundings are incredibly convenient; within a 5-10 minute walk, there's a huge food court and several restaurants nearby. I went to try Singapore's ”rat noodles,” haha! It turned out to be a seafood and pork noodle dish. It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Afterward, I went shopping at a mall, and a bit further on, I found my favorite fruits. I bought kiwi, mango, Asian pear, and grapes to take on my cruise. It was so convenient, the location is truly excellent, and the service was top-notch. The next morning, I quickly went for the hotel's breakfast, then spent an hour taking photos on a large grassy area diagonally across from the hotel, happily taking selfies. I rushed back to shower and pack my luggage before 12 PM for check-out. I then relaxed in the lobby for over two hours before asking them to call a taxi for me to the Marina Bay Cruise Centre to board my cruise. If I have the chance to visit Singapore again, I will definitely book this hotel because, for me, everything I wanted to eat, buy, and see was all on one street, easily accessible by foot. It's incredibly convenient, I absolutely love it!

I used this hotel for a transit stay, and I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness, as the sheets were slightly dirty. However, the staff were very kind, so I was able to stay there comfortably.

Clean room and very friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Zhamir (if I remember the name correctly) and Zayn for being so kind and accommodating, especially when I needed help with printing. Their warm and attentive service made my stay even more pleasant.

There are no problems with the room facilities. It's a decent size and kept clean, making it perfect for those who just need a place to sleep. However, the location is not ideal.

We booked a room here for nearly 100 USD per night. We know Singapore is expensive, but it is crazy what you get for this price. I would say it is not because of this hotel, but because of the general cost of expense in Singapore. The hotel itself was good, staff was friendly. But the room is just so depressing. It is incredibly hard to move around in the room with 2 persons, and with 2 big suitcases it is even harder. It is not very comfortable. For this budget we could a clean room, but it was not a comfortable stay. I would pay a bit more to stay in a bigger room. The room we stayed at had no window and is so sad.

The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. I also appreciate the hotel's eco-friendly initiative. As part of their efforts to reduce waste, toiletries such as toothbrushes are not provided in the room by default. However, if you need one, you can simply request it from the housekeeping team, who are happy to provide it. The location is convenient, and overall, the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and environmentally conscious place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel was fantastic, even better than I expected! The room was spacious enough, the bedding was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was lovely too. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and it was convenient for washing up. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and it's a good idea to bring your own slippers. The location is absolutely brilliant! It's not far from the subway station, and the area around is lively and safe. Both sides of the street are full of great food, coffee shops, bars, and tourist spots, all within a 5-15 minute walk! There are so many dining options, it's really a great place to explore. The hotel service was quite good; the front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, and they offer free luggage storage. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Great value for money!

The room was so small it made me question my life choices. No windows, and there wasn't even enough space on the floor for my luggage. Even for one person, it felt tiny. After sleeping there for one night, I woke up feeling like I hadn't had enough air. I had high hopes, thinking of the Ibis hotels I've stayed at in several cities back home, but I've truly experienced the 'smallness' of Singaporean hotels now.

I have to say, this hotel is a real gem! It offers amazing value for money and the location is super convenient for getting around, perfect for a city walk. There's a mall nearby so finding food is a breeze, and it's all delicious – no bad choices here. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. We booked a family room for three, and it looked exactly like the pictures, no 'what you see isn't what you get' issues at all. Housekeeping isn't daily, but you just need to let the front desk know if you need it. A special shout-out to Leo from customer service – he was incredibly responsive and always available. Whether it was a room issue or advice on local attractions, he always had great suggestions and solutions. Huge thanks! I only remembered to take photos when I was leaving, so please excuse them, but I hope they're helpful. It's a fantastic place to stay when you're visiting!
