Very convenient as very near to mrt station. Room spacious . Staff friendly . Definitely my choice of hotel every visit to spore. However, this trip, room given was dusty. Safe not functioning ) toilet floor slimy and slippery. Kinda disappointed. Hope housekeeping can be better.

Our family spent the NYE at Novotel, quiet and serene away from the busy and festive atmosphere of Marina. Rooms were tidy and clean, although took time to be prepared for the standard check in time. Staff was gracious to extend complimentaries to compensate for the delays and the hassle of giving rooms that were on different floors bec requested early on to have rooms adjacent or fronting as we are a family of 5. Glad that we were given late check out as well. It was a relaxing stay overall.

Booked for relatives and they Had an amazing stay at Novotel hotel at Kitchener Singapore. The room was so comfy and nice. Superb location very near to Farrer Park MRT station easy access. 24 hour departmental store right behind the hotel Mustafa Centre. Nice view out of the window. Early check-in wasn’t allowed although I requested early. Room Amenities can be improved by placing at least water bottles.
