Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is facing Singapore Flyer & MBS. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. - They have a shared water dispenser that can dispense at various temperature including baby milk. Quite useful for parents. The carpark within the hotel is quite run-down. So you might end up, parking quite far from the lift lobby. However parking is complimentary for guests. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from Chinatown MRT station and 5 minutes bus ride to the Tanjong Pagar, my favorite area for some of the best restaurants in Singapore. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive and check in was fast and hassle-free. I will not hesitate to give a 5 star for the service. The room size is not big but comfortable. The TV in our room has no signal, but we don’t watch tv that much. So this is not a big issue. The sound proofing of the room is excellent, one thing that I always emphasize when selecting a hotel. Both my wife and I had a very satisfying sleep. Another 5 star here. The room we stayed was a regular room, which has a very interesting, half-open concept bathroom design. The vanity and closet are in the same half open space while the shower and toilet are in two separate glass cubicles. The heavy glass door was a little challenging to handle sometimes. The swimming pool looked really nice, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The breakfast is mostly western style with a little local touch. The selection is limited but you will find what you usually look for at a hotel breakfast. The service was ok, but we did have a problem at the reception. Our room did not include breakfast, so I purchased breakfast for two upon checking in. However, we were told by the receptionist that our room is not in the breakfast list. I have to run back to the front desk and confirmed the purchase while my wife was waiting outside the restaurant. After the matter was settled, we started with the egg section. For some reason, the staff in charge told us to start with other food since that was an Egg Station. I explained to her that I wanted a omelette. She then reluctantly asked what I wanted for the omelette and told me to come back in five minutes. A few minutes later, she approached our table and asked again what did I want for the omelette. There was also an issue with the coffee machine. There are coffee machines, but one was not working. As I was getting my coffee from one machine, I saw a staff was cleaning the other functioning machine. A waiting line was quickly formed after me. Usually, the manager would step in and help the guests in any of the above situations. Unfortunately this is not the case. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Park Regis and would still recommend it to anyone.

Review on Wink at Upper Cross street hostel: I was a long staying guest at the Wink at Upper Cross street hostel for three weeks now. Location:The hostel is in a excellent location with access to public transportation routes on bus and subway and many tourist spots. Plus close to a shopping mall with supermarket and good places to eat both eastern and western food of varied price ranges. Rooms:The rooms are very clean, quite spacious and not too crowded/crammed. The beds are super comfortable. Working space:There is a good working table space area in the hostel and its quiet to do work on your computer. Beverages and meals:Hot beverages are available throughout the day at this hostel. Breakfast is complimentary cereal and toast. Good if you are in a rush and alight breakfast eater. I recommend the hostel for its location, general cleanliness and relatively spacious rooms. Areas of improvement: Laundry:There are no laundry services at this hostel and I think they would greatly benefit from installing a laundry service or do-it-yourself laundry machine. Or partnering with a laundry service in the area.

To begin with, five stars for the Wink Management as they really go all out for their guests. I was supposed to stay here in April 2020. But, 10 days prior to my departure date, the borders were closed. I contacted the management but I am not too sure they can do anything for my booking. But hey, they immediately offered me two options: a new arrival date & free credit with validity till 31st Dec '21. I chose the free credit, but they haven't accepted any short-term visitors in Dec '21. So, they told me that they would extend my free credit validity till June 2022. Thank you so much, Wink! Then, for the hostel premises, they have done repainting and it's great so the building doesn't look tired. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, from the common rooms and even the rooms and bed. Guests have to put shoes on the front office area. So, no shoes inside the rooms and common rooms. They also offer plenty of seats and desks to gather around or you can do some works. Kudos and thank you for Nelson and his team. They are super friendly, helpful, patient, and always ready to ensure the guests' stay enjoyable. When I first arrived, the lady explained everything in details. She makes sure I know everything I need during my stay. I really enjoy my stay at Wink, especially after an unpleasant stay in other establishment in Dec '21. Wink is a total game changer. Definitely my first choice for hostel in SG.

This hotel is recommended in Singapore, where the hotel fee is high. It is said to be a capsule hotel, but it was a facility that made the dormitory better. I stayed here for 2 nights and breakfast can be eaten free of charge in another building and the hotel will tell you where. Laundry and drying are also free. Since the location is Chinatown, you can hear voices from the surrounding shops at night. Considering the location and facilities, I am sorry for this price. There were two (probably Chinese) at the front desk. Both of them were kind to tell me the color 々. The man at the front desk came to the breakfast venue every morning and greeted me. Breakfast is bread, coffee and tea, jam and butter.

Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

The location is totally perfect (MRT DT19 Exit E), the room is quite small but clean. We can leave our luggages there. If you come with the children that they allow to join the room, please make sure you can share the 5 feet bed. We will be stay there in the third time for sure. The mall is opposite the hotel (I cant remember name) has everything you wanna buy and superstore located on B1. The location is totally perfect (MRT DT19 Exit E), the room is quite small but clean. We can leave our luggages there. See you then 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
