Arrived the hotel by grab as it was a relatively long walk from orchard mrt. Check in was quite fast and smooth. We were escorted through a parking lot before reaching our rooms as it was located in a different building. The room as shown by the pictures was quite nice. Definitely not wheel chair friendly as there were stairs. Needed to wait for some time for the hot water to be ready. Fitness rooms and swimming pools were located at the main building. It was nice to exercise and swim afterwards on a hot day. Buffet breakfast was quite pleasant as well - not the best but good enough. Overall, glad to relax in Goodwood Park just before the Christmas holidays

Good location, good value for money in Singapore, average breakfast, only bread and boiled eggs after 9:30, milk is gone, but you can book in advance and pack back to the room to eat. After staying for seven days, I only cleaned the room twice and forgot to give a small towel every time. In fact, living in an apartment will not be cleaned every day like a hotel, but the daily garbage is really a big problem. There are many yellow ants in Singapore. Drinks and food are grouped around there for a while. Once garbage. I met three girls at the front desk, blondes, handsome Asian girls, and Filipino girls. They were very patient. They helped take a taxi, took the baggage actively, and there was no problem with simple Chinese. All three girls were responsible. After drinking mineral water, you can take it in the refrigerator in the lobby, which is very convenient. Shopping is very close, a five-minute walk from Baili Palace has a large underground supermarket, everything is available. My room is also facing the street, so I didn't feel noisy.

Very new hotel. The room decoration is simple, and the bedding fabrics are skin-friendly and comfortable, which surprised me; the hotel environment is full of green plants; the overall service is average, but the Chinese staff are generally more enthusiastic. There was a small episode in the middle, a guest smoking in the room caused a fire alarm report, and the whole hotel broadcasted evacuation, which was lifted after 20 minutes; when you go out, you still have to follow the local regulations.

Throwback to my staycation at Intercontinental Robertson Quay which is a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. The check in area will be at level 4 where the swimming pool and the club lounge will be. I was warmly welcomed by their counter staff, Eunice, who was very professional and also took the initiative to check if I require a late check out. • Making my way up to my room, i love the contemporary concept of the room and even though the room was on the smaller side, the limited space available was fully maximised. Love the massive TV in the room to which you connect your iPhone via Chromecast to watch your Netflix for a movie night. If you are in a mood for a refreshing dip, the pool will be at level 4, or you can keep up with your fitness routine in their gym at the ground level. • I like the Robertson Quay vicinity, which is a good area to catch up with my friend and his new puppy, with plenty of pet friendly cafes choices to spend time with his cute puppy. An enjoyable staycation, looking forward to be back again!

Location not as convenient but there's a train stn just about 2mins away. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Love their soap shampoo series! Service is great, requested for bottled water and received it shortly after. Also informed its my sister's birthday and got a slice of cake at the requested time. Room is of decent size too. Will definitely stay again.

What an amazing last minute find Novotel Living was for us - it is serviced apartment accommodation, which is rare in Singapore. The minimum stay is 6 days but believe me it is so convenient to everything you could ever need. We stayed in a studio apartment for seven days, which was compact but had a small kitchen with generous fridge/freezer, 2 hotplate elements, rice cooker, frypan and a couple of pots, toaster and electric jug, with crockery etc supplied and a washing machine/drier or if you prefer a clothes rack can be requested and a dehumidifier can do the rest. The rooms are serviced every second day, I think, except for public holidays (Mon, Wed, Friday for us). The Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to Food Republic for multiple food options and an excellent I-Setan supermarket (opens at 10am) and Johan Paris bakery (opens earlier maybe 9am but unsure) for fresh bread and sweet treats. The Orchard MRT is only 5-6 minutes walk away and will take you virtually anywhere you need to go. There are multiple plazas within 10 minutes including Ion Orchard, Shaw House, Far East, Lucky etc where it is a shoppers paradise. The bed was comfortable, and extra towels etc are available between housekeeping visits. The pool is amazing - a toddlers pool with a small playground but the main pool is very large about 20+m x 15m approx starting at 1m at each end going to 2m in the centre 5m of the pool. It is refreshing and has sun-loungers and a couple of table and chairs and cabanas. A great set up and there is a gym but we didn't venture inside. The two lifts are prompt, despite being shared by guests and housekeeping staff and mostly less than a 1-2 minute wait. Reception staff extremely friendly as were the housekeeping staff - highly recommend and they have bigger 2 bedroom apartments and even a penthouse!

I chose York hotel to spend 3D2N school holiday here as it is the cheapest to stay near Orchard Road. Upon check in I was greeted by friendly staff name Thiban. Thank you so much for assigning me a big room. However when I enter the room, I can sense that the room was bot properly clean.The room was infested with ants.I could see a trail of ants everywhere. So i called them to clean it,pest controller came but the ants is still there.The Not only the room is big the toilet too but the shower head at the bathtub needs to be change cos you can see sign of worn out and it might cut ur hand as its a sharp texture on that shower bidet. We went to the pool on 1st day at night so we did not see anything that sore the eye but on day 2 we decided to go during the day and that was the worst part.You can see the whole area is dirty.The seats are all dusty and dirty.The floor all is infested with black ants that will bite your leg if you walk barefooted so becareful but the pool water was ok. Overall i would say I will not book this hotel or the sister hotel Goodwood hotel anymore for my staycay.

This hotel features just two room types; deluxe room and premier room. The great thing about this hotel is that both room types come with club access. Booked a stay in the deluxe room. I wrote in prior to my staff informing that I’ll be celebrating my birthday and asked for a little something to celebrate my birthday and also asked for an upgrade to premier room. The hotel replied that a slice of cake would be provided and upgrade is dependent on availability on check in. Check in time is 2pm. I reached at around 1.30pm. Asked about the possibility of upgrade and was pleasantly informed that I have been given a complimentary upgrade to Premier room. I was assigned to room 801. Premier rooms are corner rooms so they are bigger (32sq m) than the deluxe rooms (26 sq m). The other difference is a choice of 5 welcome minibar items. As mine was a complimentary upgrade, was not given the minibar items. Every guest was also given an ice cream sandwich upon check in! The room was quite decent. I particularly love the Bay windows. Can spend time reading by the window. 42 inch Sharp TV. Not a smart tv but still has hdmi slot. the hdmi slot is a separate panel from the tv and I used it for my media stick to watch Netflix. Image quality was decent. Nespresso machine and capsules provided. What was interesting was besides the capsule coffee, coffee sachet were provided too. One thing to note is that bottled water is not provided. No water filter too so either you boil water or drink tap water. Bring your own water if you need too. Bed was a tad too firm for me. There was a pillow menu of 2 choices if you want other pillows. I loved the toilet too. Big, and separate shower cubicle from the bathtub. Two windows provide ample light to the toilet. Bathtub was a little small but fills quickly. Bath salt provided for tub use. Shower pressure was strong and water hot. As mentioned earlier, I indicated it was my birthday and i entered the room to find a printed birthday message on the bed and a very cute toilet with a candle affixed on it. Had a good laugh! There was also a slice of strawberry cake (from chateraise) waiting for me in the room. Service was great from the front desk. After checking in the room, received a call from the front desk asking me if everything was okay. Nice gesture! All in all, a nice quirky hotel with great service. Well worth a stay!

The swimming experience was great as there was 3 lifeguards available and since it was a light drizzle, fully appreciate that my three kids are able to play in the swimming pool despite the wet weather (especially since the indoor playground is fully book for the afternoon). Improvements that I can suggest is a bidet spray to be provided in the bathroom as that will be appreciate by a lot of the malay / muslim community. A youtube app to be available on the smart Samsung TV to allow us to watch some streaming videos apart. The screen mirroring is there but not friendly for Apple users. Thankfully, it was easy for me to hook up my personal Apple TV to watch on my apps.
