We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

Good location near the train station. Near restaurant as well. Groceries are also nearby. Reception is very nice too. First day breakfast buffet is very delicious.

It is a hotel across the street from the train station Brussels midi which is the main train station for fast trains. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is quite clean. However, the room cleaning is not provided every day unless it is requested. So the sign needs to put ok the door to get the room cleaned. Clean towels can be requested at the front desk.

We had an amazing experience! The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

We love the small n nice room, spotlessly clean. The location is closed to station, awesome service by the staffs, like the good size bathroom with hot water. Even without the fridge with the cold weather everything is fine .
