Art deco style very nice. 👍 the breakfast room is also lovely decorated. Nice bar and staffs. And delicious welcoming cookies. 🍪 everything fine for me.

My first time staying at a Hilton in Belgium, and it was such a refreshing experience! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed two special cards. One encourages environmental protection, promoting energy and water conservation. The other is about drinking water. The room doesn't have single-use bottled water; instead, they provide reusable glass bottles, and each floor has a water station where you can get room-temperature or sparkling water. Bed linen is changed every four days, but if you want it changed sooner, just place the card on the pillow. Bathroom towels hung on a hook or rack mean 'I'll use it again,' while throwing them on the floor means 'please replace with a new one.' This approach by Hilton really resonates with me!

The front desk Mr Kim was very kind and helpful to solve the smoking smell in the toilet room.  The location was very convenient.  The room had a coffee machine.

Friendly welcoming front desk associates. Good breakfast selection however, it was the same for our 6 day stay. The hotel is dated with the rooms needing some care. The beds are comfortable, our room was quiet facing inward towards another wall of the hotel. There’s a small convenience store near the check in counter, hotel is in walking distance of the shopping street, location felt safe.

The service attitude of the two female staff members was negative; they weren't proactive in helping guests. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Very good. Facilities: I didn't spend much time in the hotel, so I didn't have a chance to use or observe the facilities.

Enjoyed staying at the Hilton for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room was always clean. Great having a water station and providing bottles. Breakfast was good and provided a healthy option. Most amenities were easily accessible from the hotel and I enjoyed the walks around the city. We found it a bit challenging to operate the temperature in the room.

Very very nice hotel, although not all toiletries are provided but you may ask. Good brand of shampoo and shower gel. Free welcome cookies which are very very delicious. 5mins walk to mrt station and feeling safe too.

Located near the North Station, this is a fairly large hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which was great.

It's not our first stay here, and it won't be the last. Honestly, everything is beyond perfect. The staff professionalism, the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the small detail that gives you a little joy as the welcome chocolate walnut warm cookies. Always a pleasure to stay at the double tree by hilton.

Very good location, city center and close to railway station. Room is big enough and breakfast is very nice.

Cons: Located next to a main road, so it was quite noisy. The overall cleanliness wasn't great. Pros: Good location and nice views. They provided an extra bed for the baby.

Hotel was clean but the floorboards were a little creaky. Room was spacious and location was just a 5min walk to the mall and starbucks.

Metro & trains station are all within walking distance. Not too far to walk to walk to the Grand Market too. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten free and vegan options too. Wish they would change the menu after 2-3 days. Got sick of the repeated menu by 3rd day. Love the 24h gym and sauna.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!
