It is located in the city, beside double tree hilton and few walks away from a station. It took us 8mins walk to the famous street and the Royal Galleries. The room is really spacious, completes with amenities, good service over the counter about me asking how to go to the Charleroi airport in the morning. It is also very clean and comfortable for a budget stay.

Great location, close to metro and public transport, bus station Flixbus. Not far from city center of Brussels. Room was not perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly, my stay here was very nice.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bed linens were dirty and had holes in them, the walls were all covered in grime, the toilet was filthy, and the shower was moldy. The whole hotel smelled of sewage. The toilet paper wasn't new; someone had used it. I stayed overnight during a layover, but ended up not being able to sleep.

Unfortunately, I couldn't use the reservation due to health reasons and it couldn't be cancelled. But it seems like a good place.

Noise everywhere. The elevator is dangerous (it leaves you trapped on the floors if you accidentally touch the door). The rooms are small, there aren't even enough outlets to plug in a computer and a cell phone simultaneously. The bathroom is impossible: a person of average to tall height simply cannot sit on the toilet. Last night, I only managed to sleep at 2 am after the lady in the next room turned off her phone. Impossible. Terrible. I leave extremely disappointed. I hope I never have to go back there again, as I frequently come to Brussels. I strongly advise against this hotel. It's not a hotel; it's a very poor quality guesthouse.

The hand shower was not clean and it was very loud.

The hotel, for my needs, was in a great location and value. The room was spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel has helpful and friendly staff in all circumstances. The biggest problem was the soundproofing which is close to none… all night we heard doors slamming, people walking, ambulances in the street…. If you are looking for a place to rest, this is not suitable, but it makes up for the price and location.

The hotel is in an old building, renovated and clean, but the stairs are very narrow. It is very well located for the old town, but my room overlooking Place Rogier was too noisy. Fortunately, the staff (Rikki, Sergio and the others) were charming and changed my room to one at the back without any problems.
