Stayed here for 4 nights, fabulous location to sightsee, eat, swim etc. the negatives with our room was the noisy traffic especially at night. Couldn't even open the doors at night onto the balcony because of this. Turned the air con off at night as noisy and made our throats dry but noticed there was still noise coming from the floor above. Veronica was a lovely hostess and went out of her way to assist us.

Not luxury but modern & clean Excellent welcome Decent location not too far from bridge into Ortigia Powerful air con Good value for money Managed to find a parking spot outside on the busy road Nice room with comfy large bed, one soft & one firm pillow which was good Biggest shower-head ever - 40cmish but it meant the water sprayed outside the shower cubicle Asked ‘do you want your room cleaned’ eh yes!! Then no towels left when room serviced, had to go into linen cupboard as no staff around in afternoon Didn’t have breakfast Very weak & intermittent WiFi Shares a building with other B&Bs Stairs are difficult with cases

Just came back from our week in Sicily vacations :) -my husband and I had a really pleasant 3 day stay at Thalya Luxury rooms in Siracusa. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I have to say I loved the mattress, the selection of bedding and pillows (you get two versions a softer and harder one) - the nights spent in Thalya were definitelythe best sleep I had in Sicily. Veronica was extremely friendly and helpful - explained all the sights we need to see and her recommendations were really good. Also other staff was really kind. Thank you! :) The location of the rooms is perfect if you want to explore Ortigia one day and maybe other day Siracusa. We decided to explore Noto and the nearby natural park beach the third day, but returned to Ortigia to catch our "traditional" sunset watching from Ortigia shore (we did this 3 days in a row - its' just magic!! :)) Just that the fact, that we planned to stay only one night in Siracusa, but decided to extend the stay to three, says a lot!.;) And we will be returning to Thalya for sure, and this time for extended stay. :)

Clean, spacious and very tasteful. Stefania was very kind with everything: advice, check out and recommendations. Free parking is easy on the street of the establishment. You can walk to Ortigia in 15 minutes and the archaeological park in about 20 minutes. We will surely return.

Excellent experience. Comfortable, super modern room, carefully furnished. Equally modern bathroom, with a huge shower and colored lights. Perfect cleaning. Central location just a few minutes from Ortigia. Possibility to park on the street where the B&B is located or in the immediate vicinity. Advised!!

We stayed for two days to witness the Greek tragedies and, compared to what is on offer in the same area, there are no quality/price comparisons. Excellent location just outside Ortigia; easy parking, close to excellent restaurants on foot, not far from the Greek theater. Excellently furnished rooms, with attention to detail typical of a 5-star hotel. Silent and modern air conditioning system, very clean with large bathrooms, extremely friendly staff. What to say? Perhaps a coat of paint on the central door which does not do justice to the quality of the rooms. We will definitely be back.
