In unpopular towns, the hotel's own spa must be visited, otherwise there is nothing to do. But this is the case abroad, do nothing and be in a daze. The view is still very good, the room is small, a bit old

We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and experienced a lot of poor and unprofessional service. We ordered drinks and food at the terrace restaurant. When the waiter drops the cooler by our table, spilling water and ice on our purse, iphone and feet. No apology. He goes away and gets new cooler, and does not offer help the dry our stuff. When I get my food, it is wrong, they have replaced vongole mussels with some cheap stuff. I say that this is not what I ordered and paid for. They take away the food. After a while the waiter comes again, and says that the kitchen is closed and I will get no food. No apology. Another time order a bottle of wine. When it is served, the waiter is trying to open a wine bottle for the first time in his life, the manager shouting advice behind his back. Pieces of metal landed on our table when the poor guy was trained in front of our eyes. We felt that we had been dropped to a Gordon Ramsay show with restaurant nightmare. The food at the breakfast was ok, but the food served during the day and night wasn't. When arriving at the hotel we were offered a parking place at the parking lot. When checking out I noticed that they had charged 50 euros per day, without telling us. We I made a note of this to the service lade, I got an arrogant response: you should have read the small print in the contract. One more thing: do not try to use the restaurant washroom - every second time it is out of paper.

We enjoyed a week at Eden Hotel. It has a dream location, in the middle of the old town and by Lake Garda. We had a room with a wonderful view. The hotel is close to the pier, and it's entraining to see the ships come and go. The best moments were at the breakfast terrasse, it was so calm and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with all that needed. The kind waitresses brought coffee and hot chocolate. We loved it. The room was very comfortable, the bed too, and the bathroom fresh and kept in nice colors. The staff were very friendly, and took good care of all our needs. We combined the stay with two day trips by care, and that worked very well.

The external environment and geographical location of the hotel are excellent, in a prime location in the scenic area. The service is also very European and great. The restaurant breakfast is also good. However, the price-performance ratio of the lowest-priced room type is really not good. The rooms are small, the facilities are old, and they don't even provide free purified water. If you are a person who has requirements for the room conditions, don't choose a low-priced room type. I feel that it is really not worth the price. Of course, the selling point and the price may be reflected in his environment, service and geographic value.

Just back from a fantastic week at hotel Vinci. The hotel rooms are modern, fresh and clean with plenty of space. We had a Junior Garden Suite and a Superior Room. Pool area and decking looking out to the lake were just perfect for relaxing, with the occasional cocktail and snack. The staff are all so friendly and were always at hand to help with any needs and assisted with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis etc. The location of the hotel is close enough to the old town (5 mins walk) but also far enough away from the busy streets. Sirmione is busy during the day but does quieten down a bit at night. We didn’t hire a car and used taxis for transfers to airport and Verona. The street outside the hotel can get quite busy during the day. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel and will definitely look to return in the future.

1. This hotel is in the small town scenic area, and the hotel prices in the small town scenic area are relatively expensive. I think the price/performance ratio of this hotel is good. I brought a company business group, and the guests did not comment that it was not good, so whether it is a business group or a family trip, this hotel meets the needs. 2. Because we booked the cheapest apartment type, the biggest thing is that the room size is small. The area of the bathroom is not small, it is enough. 3. We drove to the town, and it is not possible to drive in the scenic area of the town, so our car needs to park at the parking place designated by the hotel. After parking the car, the hotel will have a golf battery to drive guests and luggage into the scenic area. We were sitting in the battery car, passing through the streets and alleys of the scenic spot, watching ordinary tourists walking while we were sitting in the battery car, everyone was full of superiority and satisfaction. (The cost of the battery car is already included in the self-driving parking fee). 4. There is a large terrace at the back of the hotel (the first photo), where you can lie on a lounger and watch the sunset on Lake Garda (the second photo), which is very pleasant. 5. Although we booked the cheapest room type, there is still a very small balcony. Through the balcony, you can see part of the view of Lake Garda (the third photo). 6. During this trip to Italy, my team members generally admired the town and thought it was worth staying for two nights. The town’s scenery is good and there are many quiet places, which is very suitable for lovers to take a vacation, or important friends to discuss important matters here without being disturbed. This small town is not a regular attraction for Chinese tourist groups, so traveling here is very classy. 7. By the way, this hotel has free bicycles for guests to ride around the town.

An outstanding hotel, beautifully situated with excellent facilities. Giovanni runs the front desk very efficiently and seemed to always be there. Vincenzo was a superb maitre d’ in the restaurant. ALL the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly- everyone one of the them greets us with a cheery “Buongiorno”. The food was excellent - though the breakfast hot food was only luke warm and better heaters are needed. Our room was very good with a large terrace. My only slight criticism is there were few extra amenities in the bathroom eg no tissues or hair conditioner and the handwash was in an awkward place. But overall we had a fabulous stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it.

In August, we spent a week in the Alevic Hotel. We didn't want to leave! It was absolutely fantastic and we hope to return one day. Perfect location, friendly staff (especially the barman, Benjamin), delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room with lake views and wonderful views from the rooftop pool. We would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Sirmione.
