I truly enjoyed everything during my stay! The food was excellent, the pools were great, and the Aperol stand was just fantastic. What I also absolutely loved was the spa – Katarina gave me a massage and it was simply amazing. She really knows what she’s doing, and I can highly recommend her.

Our first time in Crete and in this corner of paradise! We were welcomed by the smiling and helpful Kaso, who escorted us to our room. Comfort and kindness are found everywhere here – both in the people and the facilities. Our congratulations to Chef Stratos and his amazing cuisine! A special mention also goes to the head hostess, Mary, who was extremely professional and attentive. They even helped us get a table at the exclusive sushi restaurant, Umika. Reception was ok, though we didn’t appreciate being required to check in online using a QR code. We enjoyed our holiday in our beloved Greece! Roberta and Chef Luca

We stayed for one week in a Swim-Up room with sea view and had high expectations for our vacation. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing in several ways. The biggest issue is the consistently poor service throughout the hotel. Tables remain uncleared for ages, drink orders are either forgotten or take half an hour or more, and staff are generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. You don’t feel like a guest here – you feel like a burden. The lack of hospitality is shocking, especially for a hotel in Greece. The food is below average. Cheap meat (mostly pork) dominates every meal, often mixed with other types without clear labeling. Even the à la carte restaurants suffer from slow service and poor organization. Dirty tables pile up, staff are visibly frustrated with each other, and guests are left waiting. The overall atmosphere is unpleasant. Many areas are simply dirty, the mood among staff is bad and affects the entire vibe. There is no entertainment, no activities. The hotel also has a serious cockroach problem, which made the stay even worse. This was far from the relaxing, enjoyable vacation we had hoped for. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

The rooms are well equipped with air con and a coffee machine. The cleanliness is excellent and the layout of the hotel is spread out that allows for relaxation without feeling crowded. The food is varied with a variety of cuisine and they cater for dietary requirements with ease. As a gluten free customer, Mary, the hostess, and the Chef went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that I could enjoy a sufficient mix of food. This all made for a fantastic and relaxing stay! Will definitely return!
