A nice hotel in a very good location. Not sure how it is 5 Stars though. There was a few broken things in the room but a good all rounder hotel. I will stay there again.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service is attentive, the supporting facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. It is very convenient for shopping and dining in the new city. It is worth coming back next time.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 3-minute walk next to Cevahir Shopping Center, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and a 10-minute walk from the bus station. It is very convenient for travel. The hotel feels older. The front desk staff is very friendly. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. When I returned to the hotel on the third night, I didn’t have the electricity card. There were no towels or toiletries. I was a bit dumbfounded. I don’t know. Either I forgot to put them after cleaning or I have to check out the next day, so I didn’t add them. I’m speechless.

I stayed here for a 2 weeks with Family , I Must say everyone here is very polite ,Reception Team very helpful . Restaurant service Manager EDA such an amazing person , Every day I met Sibel and Canan in Restaurant saying good morning and asking about my kid’s such a lovely gesture to start my morning . Housekeeping are awesome too even though they don’t understand English still they do best to help you out . I am enjoying my stay here . I will Check- out on Friday . Very nice Hotel and Team well done 👏 will come back again . Thank you Craton Team .

Hotel staff service are quite good. The buffet breakfasts prepared are good too. Thanks to hotel staffs Sibel, Canan, Kaan and Cesat. The parking assistance was good and very much well accommodated/attended. Room services are prompt and well attended too.
