I just arrived and the rooms are dirty, they weren’t cleaned correctly. The tee cups were filled with used tee bags, the toilets are dirt and the room has hair on the floor. I went to the reception to clean the room. Bad first impression.

Our fifth consecutive visit to the Poseidon Sea Resort Hotel ended more than a week ago. For 5 years year we return for a summer vacation, which provides us with unforgettable memories, relaxation, comfort and a high level of service in every respect. As a family of four, we especially like that despite the fact that the complex is large and usually full, one cannot feel it is overcrowded and a peaceful vacation can be ensured for everyone. A big plus for us is the fact, that it is separated from the other seaside resorts. The mini apartments are with contemporary design, they provide good comfort and the inner space is enough for four persons. One of the things we love the most are the nice views to the beautiful park of the complex and to the see. By default the rooms are kept very clean and are every day re-cleaned. A very big advantage of Poseidon Hotel Sea Resort is the park. It is very well maintained and can provide a time for nice walks. This year we discovered also the tennis court with my son. This helped to keep the fit line after visiting the restaurant. The hotel has also volleyball and football playgrounds. Normally were overcrowded, so we booked time slots for the tennis court. The complex's swimming pool is a particular favorite of our children. It is with the big enough size in order not to be overcrowded and the sunbeds&umbrellas number is sufficient. We especially have never had a problem finding free places. The pool was cleaned every day are the hygiene is kept on a very high level. What we, me and my wife love the most is the private beach of the hotel. It is in a very nice small bay with crystal clean and warm water full of small fishes. The beach is sandy and the first 20m of the sea bed is also with sand. To enter further inside, I would recommend using water shoes. From this year, the area with sun loungers was increased and it became possible to go diving too. No problems with finding free places. Regarding the cleanness of the beach, I can say that is was again kept very clean and tidy. We loved going early in the morning and watching the sunrise over the sea. Restaurant - from our many years of experience it always offers delicious food from Greek and international cuisine with a wide variety and always fresh. The restaurant staff definitely knows how to pamper visitors. In certain moments for dinner can be overcrowded, but the personnel always managed to deal quickly and there was no waiting time. Definitely here 5 points out of 5. Last but not least - the staff. From the hotel cleaners to the receptionists, waiters, chefs, bartenders and managers, they were all really, really helpful, polite and tried to satisfy all the guests' requests. I can only admire this team. We can only congratulate the hotel management and especially Mrs. Martha Pappou for the overall extraordinary work they do with this complex.
