Management was horrendous and lots of food poisoning occurring within the hotel that staff and management did not want to address. The chef was panicking and my father in law actually ended up in hospital. The cleanliness was appalling with dirty plates etc left in the corridors and room service not happening until 7/8pm at night when they had the entire day. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Everything is very nice, cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff, beach, proximity to the center, food, swallow birds, spa and lastly your gift olive oil is very important, we should take care of this immortal tree as a Turk neighbors, Congratulations, Dimitra..

Fantastic time at the hotel. We had a room with a private pool which was awesome and our daughter specially enjoyed that. The Spa is Fantastic and a must visit. Daria the spa manager suggests you the right treatments and threw in a little extra facial as well. Mariam who did my massage was excellent. Perfect pressure, technique and time given to each area. Thank you for elevating our stay experience. We had half board, so impressive spread for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely recommend to friends and visit again.

The room and Service were excellent. Waking up and Walk into your private pool (heated) with a view on the sea… just incredible. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, The Food was also good, we just wished for some Avocado or salmon.

Absolutely fabulous tranquil hotel, fantastic food, all the staff so lovely and helpful, it was our second visit and we will be back. Our baby son 21months loved the super clean pools and pristine beach. Next level to most supposed 5* hotels

Everything has been fantastic. The facilities are second to none. Every member of staff is so friendly and cannot do enough to help. Weather has been mixed but spa facilities are excellent with an indoor pool. The outdoor infinity pool is the best we’ve ever had at a hotel - large with fabulous view. Lots of space to sit and relax. Peaceful and relaxing although early in season so cannot comment on high season.

An amazing hotel, the rooms are big ,we took a room with a pool with sea view and it was just perfect, the hotel is so beautiful and smell good every where, clean , the spa has a warm pool that was great since the weather was a little bit cold so indoor pool is. Perfect, the food is amazing and versatile, taste the baba ganush and thank me later, the team was ready to help in any time and with any request 🙏 We had an amazing family vacation and we will come back for sure 😊 A point for improvement Netflix on tv And warming the private pool in the room
