Really a Weird place even if the building is incredible.
Breakfast not good, no Fresh juice , sirup concentrate machine, except the young staff, for a five stars, they talk english really bad and they dont try to be more understable.
Not a 5 stars definitly.
Day receptionnist makes really feel inconfortable.
Really too familiar and, just weird…
My wife had her hair burnt by the low cost haïr dryer and when hé came help pulling up her haïr, she lost some hair!!!!
it was really funny for him and make jokes till our depart.
A shame.

The location is OK, but the suite has no view. In addition, the hotel has poor hygiene conditions. The previous tenant had white hair everywhere, and it was not cleaned up in three days! The breakfast was also average, and the coffee was bad!

We had a great time staying here with my family! The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and really well taken care of. The design is tasteful and the spaces feel cozy and relaxing. The staff were all very kind and helpful – always there when we needed something, which made a big difference. We also really enjoyed the food – everything we tried was tasty and good quality. Overall, everything felt well thought-out and made us feel comfortable and welcome. It’s definitely one of those places we’d love to come back to!

Note the Bugalows are really 2 story blocks a few yards from main block, how they can charge a premium for these is amazing, also they do not have DVD or espresso machines at advertised. kettle in room told for warming babyfood, Food was poor, meatloaf for main course! drinks expensive more than I pay in central London 5* hotel and without the service. Took 3 days to move a room servcie tray from adjacent room. Views great but did not make up for feeling of being ripped off, this is 3 * place posing as 5* as has a spa.

i had made a reservation for 2 nights(235 euros each night) and i had already paid 235euros in advance as they asked me to do! unfortunately i had a very serious health problem the morning before my vacations and i was obligated to stay in hospital so i had to cancel my reservation for the second night i hadn't paid for. a friend of mine went instead of me just for the night i had already paid for but the hotel manager asked her to pay for the other night the amount of the cancellation which costs 112,50euros!!!!!!!!!they also threated my friend with FLAGRANT PROCESS. I don't know if this is the law but i think it is absolutely inhuman given the fact that i had already informed them that i was in the hospital in a very difficult situation and asked them to excuse me...........since i had paid 235 euros which i never asked them to give me back.

Arrived at hotel which is stunning. View room etc. Great. Guy on check in brill. Then we are advised there is a wedding in the hotel that night. OK no biggie but this went on till 3 30 a m. Not so impressed. One night no props. 2nd night. Kid from hell in room next us. Not hotels fault but Deco parents fault. 3rd night we are advised of another wedding great. This time not only is the pool closing early to accommodate it but we are advised we cannot eat till 9pm. Rubbish. IIcome on holiday to do what I like when I like. We stay up till gone midnight and head to bed. This time it goes on till gone 4am. Really not impressed. With what looked like would be a quite hotel starting to feel like I am in malia. Boo. We grumbled to manager who was not that interested. With this aside the food was very disappointing breakfast was rubbish. And dinner although nice was never hot. A real shame as this hotel has Hugh potential. Also the danish people get a far better deal than UK. They paid a 100 less and got all inclusive

For 220 euros per night I expected a relaxing holiday in this hotel !!! But our room was "down the hill" and every come and go was like aerobics !!! Also the pool and the restaurant was full of yelling children that really messed with our nerves !!! Maybe I am too sensitive but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Food was also below average !!!!! Only the view was nice ...

Wonderful stay, highly recommended! Just visited this hotel and we couldn’t leave without saying what a fantastic experience it was. Everyone in the staff was so friendly and welcoming and at our disposal anytime we needed them. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. Last but not least, regarding the food, I was very pleased to see that there are so many different and delicious options. Everything was exceptional. Definitely one of my favourite experiences in a hotel.
