"The property built for the suite was good. Hospitality was good. Food was awesome. Hats off to the chef. Hotels needed to improve cleanliness, the room was clean but the entry of the hotel was full of flies. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. There were issues of power for 1 hour on 19th july during evening even the power backup was not available. But they kept us informed on this issue. They are the best in siwan but not good as compared to good hotels in ncr."
