The house is located on 40 acres with abundant walking trails full of wildlife, native plants and flowers and is located on a 7 acre private lake that is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Sorry, no motorized boats (including jet skis) are allowed. Enjoy the summers swimming, kayaking, accessing local ATV trails and hiking. Falls are fabulous for exploring the 40 acres, autumn colors and wildlife scenery. Winter provides peaceful evenings with roaring fires in the fieldstone fireplace, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, and ice skating. House is just steps from the trails for the state ATV and snowmobile trails. One tandem kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards and a canoe are provided along with other water toys and snow shoes for winter trail hiking. Wildlife includes abundant deer, turkeys, bear, porcupine and birds galore! Please know that this is a hunt-free property and we do not allow the hunting of wildlife.
