What an absolute joke this place js!! Don’t answer the phone then when they did we got access to our room which was dirty and not even been cleaned! Still waiting two hours later for a cleaner. It’s dirty all around. Now not answering any of the phones it’s a joke! I had to guess the key code for another couple to get in else they’d still be stuck on the door step too!

The room was clean when we arrived. We were there for 2 nights. No one cleaned the room at all during our stay, not even to empty the bins or leave clean towels. Not enough tea given for 2 nights. The walls are thin, you can hear other people banging about. The location is great but the street that it is on is a let down. You can smell the flags and other stuff from the neighbors when you leave the premises. Not exactly what you want on a break away.
