Nobody came to clean or change our towels

Fantastic location (2mims walk from the beach, 5mins walk from the main shopping area). Quiet at night. Sea views (in the djstance). Friendly, helpful staff. Big, comfy bed. Large, clean room. Bath and shower. What more can you ask for? Oh, yes, the Steamboat Cookhouse & Pub is on the ground floor so you don't even need to leave the premises if the weather's bad.

Clean and Very comfy bed. Food nice and hot. Staff helpful and friendly, especially Nikki on reception who sorted a problem regarding cancelling a booking later in the year because of a unforseen problem. And a bonus it is about 5 minutes from the Embassy centre.

Visited here for a few days staff couldnt be more helpful when had issues owen was great. But had premier rooms that where nothing special only had a coffee machine and fridge. The wifi is poor even if use the premium wifi states could stream movies or download large files. No where near good enough to do anything like that. Pillows not good enough uncomfortable. Charging £10 each room extra to check in 2 hours before 3pm for amount paid shouldnt be charged when rooms where ready. No clear information on heating controls for rooms.

The hotel is in prime place and nikky on reception is brilliant and jack in house keeping is a lovely lad he go's up and beyond to help and so dose nikky the only problem no is it is getting very expensive to stay now so keep looking out for bargain x

Need to stay the night and the Premier Inn was in the right place with the bonus of having car parking. Went to the adjoining restaurant and was quite impressed by the quality of the food and service provided.

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband, on a much needed mini break. We were not disappointed, great location, comfortable and warm room, great breakfast served next door. I couldn’t have asked for more. We had a lovely weekend.

Last time a brilliant stay. This time a bit drab. No receptionist when we arrived at 2:40 pm so went for a drink and came back after 3 to a gentleman who seemed not bothered about us checking in. After going to the show at the theatre we were not able to get a drink anywhere (out season all places were closed at 10 pm). We only had two teabags in our room. So had them and waited for breakfast to have another cup of tea. Bed was not very comfortable and the quilt was thick, so for 5 minutes you were warm, then you threw it off making one cold so you pulled it up again. Not a lot of sleep was had. After breakfast we came back through reception where a lady receptionist smiled at us. Being tired we decided to check out and mention our issues. Guess what? Nobody at reception so just had to put our room card in the box provided.

I had to book an accessible room as this is the only type of room that has a separate shower and not a shower over the bath. The mattress was so hard that I hardly got any sleep and there were no hard pillows in there room when it states there should be. The bathr/wet room wasn't very clean either especially around the safety items surrounding the shower.
