A brilliant place to stay! Great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Skegness, free parking. The owner, Maureen was very friendly, messaged us on our first day to say our room was ready early . Our room was spacious and very clean,the shower was great! Free WiFi and plenty of tea & coffee as well. The breakfast, included in the price was lovely,plenty to eat and the lady who served is was really friendly and did a great job... Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Skegness now!

I had a super 3 night stay to attend the SO Festival and Maureen was an absolute superstar. Made to feel very welcome. Super clean and comfortable and lovely breakfast. Also location is excellent! Would defo recommend and stay again thank you!

We stayed two nights on a short break to see a show at the embassy theatre. The hotel is only a short walk from the promenade and the town centre. Couldn't fault the hotel comfortable room very good shower room. Large good quality breakfast. Maureen is very friendly and welcoming also the lady who served breakfast. Sorry didn't catch your name . Would book again if we return to skegness to see another show in the future .

Maureen you are a little diamond you made me and my dad very welcome a lovely 2 night break the room was spotless the bed was so comfy the shower was good and that full English you served us was spot on took my dad to skeggi for hes 80th birthday he had a great time down to you thank you Love John and Joe

My nan always used to tell me to check the net curtains hanging in the window; if they were clean, then this was a good sign!! The nets at Chantry Villa Hotel were bright white and crisp! This hotel is absolutely spotless, clean, and comfortable. Immaculate!! The bed felt soft, and I prefer a firmer mattress, but actually, the bed was extremely comfortable and supportive with cosy duvets and pillows. Plenty of towels were supplied as well as complimentary soaps. The tea making facilities were generously stocked and replenished daily. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the seafront, but still peaceful. My room was facing out to the road, and the window was open all night with minimal road noise. I was able to park in an allocated spot, off road in front of the hotel, but there were spaces on the road and a big car park very close (chargable). The breakfast was probably the best I have ever had at a hotel; it was plentiful and piping hot. Plenty of toast and condiments and large teapots and pots of coffee. Great way to start the day, and we didn't need to eat until at least 3pm! Maureen was friendly and welcoming. This hotel is an absolute gem of a find and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Place was immaculate and welcoming, maureen was lovely couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was spot on , within walking distance of town centre will definitely return to stay , rooms nice and warm 😊

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay, everything within walking distance. Ingomells a bus ride away. Thanks to our host Maureen. Our room was spot on, bed really comfortable and choices of breakfast from cereals to full English to get the day started. Will definitely book again

Just had a short break at the Chantry. What an ideal place to stay, clean friendly and well placed for all amenities, Breakfast big enough to feed an army served by lovely staff. Would recommend to anyone. Dave & Linda
