Travelodge Skipton ★★★
"Skipton Travelodge is the perfect location for our working weekend at Skipton Auction Mart. The small hotel is quiet, despite some road noise, and suitable for much needed rest. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We book many months ahead to secure the room and stay twice each year."
YHA Malham ★★★★
"The guy working there was amazing (we were the girls with no map and not a lue). He printed us off a map explained where to go for the three peaks challenge and the bestway to do it. I had my dog which they were really friendly and accommodating for. The place was a nice area parking was easy and kitchen area was large and clean"
The Plough ★★★★
"The Plough was excellent, the staff the food and the room. They could not do enough for us. I would recommend this place to anyone."
Premier Inn Skipton North (Gargrave) ★★★
"The place was a mess food nit good beer warm was told they had a problem was also told by staff the pub was closing so no repairs were being done but this is happening at all premier inn so wouldn't use them again"
Maypole Inn ★★★
"Nice village pub / old coaching inn with rooms. Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Nice evening food and excellent breakfast. Decent range of beers on tap."
The Lister Arms ★★★★
"Very, very nice country hotel. The accommodation is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Insufficient: 1. The electric kettle is made of plastic rather than stainless steel. 2. We ate three breakfasts, maybe the chef made different breakfast standards are also different: the first day, enough; The second and three days, the amount was halved, my husband ordered a "full set of English breakfast" and I ordered "smoked salmon eggs", "smoked salmon eggs", bread, eggs, salmon from two to one."
Highfield Guesthouse ★★★★
"As we have stopped in skipton on numerous occasions, and in other hotels, this was our hidden jem ,the room was just right for us very clean and cosy warm as it was ,baltic outside, bed very comfy slepped well ,and very close to the centre of skipton ,the landlady is very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, I would highly recommend this hotel, we will be back in the near future, faultless for us ,thank-you for a lovely stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Linton Laithe ★★★★
"We rented this beautiful barn conversion for a weeks family holiday. The accommodation has everything you could want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so we'll equipped, beautiful decor and furnishings and super clean. Location is perfect, within walking distance to a fabulous traditional pub which serves great food and beers. Also nice walks on your doorstep and only a short drive to nearby Grassington. The accommodation is dog friendly and has parking for 4 or more cars. Would definitely stay again 100% recommended."
Grassington Lodge ★★★★
"The room was on the third floor, which might be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. It wasn't huge but was clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi signal wasn't great; videos would buffer a few times, but sending and receiving emails was fine. It's very close to the town's scenic spots. Of course, the town is quite small, so it seems unnecessary to stay more than one night."

The Sett on the Wharfe
"Really quite exceptional! When visiting the dales, the weather can be a factor, and I have to say it was very nice on a rainy afternoon to sit in a comfy setting with huge windows drinking tea and watching the world. We enjoyed our stay very much, breakfast was lovely, our host very helpful. The weather did break enough for us to get out and enjoy, so all in all this was a wonderful visit. Our favorite stay on this trip"
Cleveliot House
"Beautiful b&b in the village of Starbotton. Jack and Cheryl were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived after a long journey we were made to feel at home. Lovely, well equipped and spacious room, lovely bathroom too. Breakfast was superb, couldn't fault it. All in all a lovely experience. Try the Fox and Hounds pub less than 50 metres away, superb food served here too."
Green Grove Country House
"Green Grove is in a perfect setting on a single track road and fields around, we stayed in the Whafe Dale room which was perfect, 2 homemade cakes greeted us in the fridge upon our arrival. The bed is so comfy and I slept really well, this is our 3rd visit we stayed during covid so it was nice to go back again. Zoe & Keith are fantastic hosts from the moment you check in until you check out. Breakfast is fab and you never leave hungry, I can definitely recommend Keith's porridge! We hope to return again soon."
