"We needed a hotel room for one night, which wasn't included in our itinerary. We booked it online around 10 pm. When we arrived, there was no one there to check in, which wasn't mentioned in the online booking confirmation, but we sorted it out by calling. Access was granted with a code I hadn't yet received, which is acceptable. The room was on the first floor, not the ground floor, and there was no elevator. I have a knee replacement and osteoarthritis in my lumbar vertebrae, which made carrying luggage much more difficult. The hotel, both in the common areas and the room, was unbearably hot, and it was August. I had to sleep with the windows open since there was no air conditioning. None of this is mentioned on their website. Finally, the shower floor was yellowed in patches from poor cleaning, and there were spiders on the ceiling. I couldn't accept this for €122, especially considering they advertise a 3-star hotel. Oh, and there was no Wi-Fi, except in the common areas. I don't see that as logical nowadays, especially for a 3-star hotel."
