"Booed through trip.com. Made a mistake in my booking and booed a room that required disabled access. This was pointed out by a very helpful young lady called Laura (I think?)   She amended our booking and very gratefully gave us a sea view room!  We had stayed in Paignton the previous night in the Travelodge down the road as it was a bit cheaper. "This is the ultimate B & B, the decor and the style of the building is lovely, showing fantastic attention to detail and cleanliness. Jeannie and Adam are absolutely fantastic, very friendly, personal and very helpful in arranging our arrival. We had a room right on the road, but the quality of the building ensured that we could not hear any traffic. Fantastic bed gave us a brilliant sleep.The an suite was big and lovely. It is difficult to explain the quality and the choice of the breakfast, as I have never experience something so wonderful. We travel a lot, but this place surpassed it all. I think that some people do not understand that a B & B is not a five star hotel costing hundreds of pounds. We can not wait to go back."

Standing on the balcony of the top-floor river-view room, looking at the rare golden sands and river estuary views in England. Later, I came with my parents. This is the most unique room I've ever stayed in in England. I highly recommend the top-floor river-view room. It's absolutely great value for money."
