The front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the facilities and environment were decent. Overall, it was a good hotel. There really was a river outside the room window; now I know why it's called the Riverside Hotel.

都挺好，停車在200米遠的一個教堂，過夜2歐，要付零錢所以就直接開走了，沒人管 小鎮挺美的，早餐湖邊景色也挺美的，full breakfast也不錯

There was no parking for the clients due to a birthday party. With the luggage with us was a bit upset to have to park not at the hotel.

Really excellent hotel! Friendly and helpful staff! Great food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner options. Clean rooms as well. Downside is the parking situation but we could park just down the street and walk a couple minutes to the hotel

Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk (i did not catch his name) was super welcoming and when asked he gave us an excellent recommendation for the following day. Other staff were great at breakfast as well. The room was clean, well stocked with towels. Not a problem for us but the room had no safe which could be an issue for some. My only problem was that there was no air in the room and it was very stuffy. A notice on the desk warned about not opening the windows at night to avoid insects coming it. There was a fan in the closet so I used that so I could sleep.

We loved our room overlooking the river to watch the swans. It was only a short walk to the many pubs and restaurants. Reception staff were fantastic.
