A great place to stay, host was warm friendly & welcoming, accommodation for the price was excellent. A great choice of Food & beverages available, close to Heathrow Airport, Windsor, M4 & M25 & London. Great value for money will surely stay at Bianca's House Hotel again.

I really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. "Bianca's Hotel" was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this "hotel" plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.

Typical English house in a very quite area, without any traffic. In front of the house is a green common to 20 houses. The hotel is well maintained by a nice gentleman with a typical British sense of humor. He started his business with his wife some years ago. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with excellent beds and bedware. The breakfast is well served in a nice lounge and after such a good meal, you cannot have a bad day.

Good food menu and the service was great, Also it was nice and quite and was in a good location in heathrow. The room was tidy and had I a comfortable bed. Also they had a concierge service which was great.
