Good stay.  Arrived, went to used auto-check-in and advised just to go counter as quicker which it was. Thank you. Room lovely. Good quality. Bathroom lets it down. Unfinished, stains, old, door is chipped of paint. Bodge job as I call it. Went to get food from bar. Seems nothing in stock (or they couldn’t be bothered) so that determined dinner was to be eaten elsewhere; a few places very close-by so try there. Did manage to get something in-stock “quick and easy” - Nachos. Friendly staff. Smiling, greeting and thankful.  7/10. Thank you. Would stay again.

The room is exactly as what is depicted in the photo. Close to Poyle Road Junction bus stop, stop just opposite or next to the hotel when you arrive from or depart to Heathrow Terminal 5. Convenient transfer from and to other Heathrow terminals. Note that room service and clean up needed to be pre-ordered before 10:00 a.m. in the morning.

My flight was delayed, so I unexpectedly had to extend my stay and booked this hotel last minute because it was close to Heathrow. It took about 30 minutes to get to Terminal 3 by bus. The room was clean, and it had a kettle and a bathtub. I couldn't hear any noise from the adjacent room, but I did frequently hear people talking from the hallway near the entrance. Despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any airplane noise at all; it was very quiet. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM, but when I went at that time, there were only about two dishes available. After about 15 minutes, other items gradually started to appear.

After a long journey, from landing to clearing customs, and then struggling to find the bus stop, we were freezing while waiting for our transfer 🥶. We finally arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us check in smoothly, also giving us all the details about breakfast 👍🏽. The hotel is clean and tidy! Our room even had a heater, which was a real lifesaver for us after arriving so late and being out in the cold for so long. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming!

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The pictures do not do this place justice in this website. Reception was very helpful when checking in as I was having trouble with the self check in options on arrival. Room is very affordable for a lot be night stay close to the airport. Room and bathroom very spacious and comfortable. Very good sound proofing as you can not hear any planes flying overheard. Only small issue I had was that the gap under the entry door is unusually large so let’s in a lot of light at night. You can also hear when people are coming in and out of the hallway. There is a shuttle bus available every half hour for £7 but the one I waited for was cancelled last minute by the service provider. So I decided to take the local bus which has a stop just out the front which was more reliable and cost me £1.75. I highly recommend for a stay close to the airport. I would use again if needed.

Facilities: The room was a bit cold. The central air conditioning wasn't working well. The hotel provided a heater, but it was still chilly! Cleanliness: Not good. Ambiance: It's not far from the airport, which was convenient for an early morning flight. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
